NORA HAD woken up before Damon and started cleaning around the house. It was a force of habit for her when she needed to think. Stefan was on the lose, she just saw the love of her life for the first time in 21 years, and his girlfriend died at the hands of his brother.

She couldn't help but think of the the moment that her and Damon had last night. She was incredibly confused as to how he felt about her. She wanted to flat out ask him but decided to give him space cause of his currently dead ex girlfriend. Not a minute later Elena walked through the door, "Up for a road trip?" Elena smiled at the brunette.

"Please, adventure is my middle name." Nora smiled, before practically skipping down the steps to the Salvatore Boarding House. She saw this as an opportunity to stay away from Damon. She din't think he needed to see  his ex girlfriend and be reminded that Andie died.

Later that day Alaric, Elena, and Nora where walking down a trail trying to track Klaus and Stefan. "In a couple hours, the full moon's going to rise just above that ridge. If Tyler's right, that's where the pack'll be." Ric pointed at the two mountains up top. Nora took in the beautiful scenery.

"You were a Boy Scout, weren't you?" Elena joked making Nora let out a snort before covering her mouth. "Shut up, both of you." Alaric smiled, rolling his eyes playfully. "A Boy Scout, slash Vampire Slayer."

"So like Buffy." This earned Nora a playful nudge from Elena. "Slash whiskey-drinking all-around lost cause." Nora frowned as she watched Ric place his bag down on the ground. "You came packed." Elena watched as weapons made for Vampires where stacked in his bag. "Well, we aren't exactly bird-watching. Here, put that in your bag." Ric handed Elena a vervain gernade.

"Woah, that's intense." Nora took a step back not wanting that on her. "Wolfsbane." Ric sent a reassuring look towards Nora. "Well, since we're exchanging gifts," Elena pulled out a large ring causing Alaric to stare at it. "Elena aren't you too young to be getting married?" Nora furrowed her brows.

"No. That's John Gilberts ring. It basically escapes you from supernatural death." Ric didn't sound very pleased. "It was yours once. Go ahead." Elena encouraged Alaric to wear the ring that was ugly in Nora's eyes, but kept that a secret. "Take it. It'll protect you from supernatural danger we're about to get ourselves into." Elena continued.

"He gave it to you." Ric simply replied. "Yeah, but I'm a doppelgänger. It's not going to work on me. He left it for if I ever have kids." Nora started to drift her attention to when she wanted to start a family. It was her only wish when she was a little girl. A perfect little family. She was brought back when Elena screamed making her turn her head to see Damon pushing Elena into the water.

"How are you even here?" Elena asked raising her arms above the water. "Thanks for the tip, brother." Damon smirked towards Ric. "Alaric, you sly little fox." Nora scoffed. "You think I was going to take you to a mountain range of werewolves on a full moon without backup?"

"That one hurt right here Ric." Nora patted her heart with a pout. After a few minutes of Elena and Damons bickering they where back on there merry way to find Stefan. Nora stayed behind the group not wanting to get distracted by Damon. "I'm tired of walking!" Nora groaned, mainly towards Ric as Elena and Damon bickered.

"We've got a mile left." Ric reassured and Nora moved plants away from hitting her face. "The suns about to set." Damon taunted towards Elena. "I can see that Damon." Elena gritted her teeth in annoyance. "The moon doesn't reach it's apex for a while. We have time." The four of them heard a twig snap causing Damon to wrap an arm around Nora. "You stay behind me." Nora rolled her eyes but did as she was told nonetheless.

Alaric had his gun pointed to a man with a red flannel on. He had blood tricking down his eyes. "Stay where you are." Alaric demanded. At this point Nora stood next to Elena, seeing as she didn't have a way to survive an attack. The man muttered Vampire before going to attack Nora. Damon reacted quickly grabbing him by the neck before the man pinned him to a tree. Alaric shot him in the back with a wolvesbane dart as Elena threw the gernade from earlier. It exploded in the mans face as he started to scream and kneel to the ground.

Damon kicked him to his side causing him to lay unconscious on the ground. "Let me guess. Hybrid." Nora threw her head back, wondering where Stefan was. The boys tied up the Hybrid as Elena poured vervain on the ropes. "Ric, here. Take these." Damon reached for the rope letting a hiss come out. Nora let out a small laugh as she lied on the gounud enjoying the nature. "I said Ric." Elena defended as Damon sent her a glare.

"We don't have enough stuff to hold him. I don't think we're going to make that ridge before the full moon." Alaric was observing the sky after wrapping the vervain infested rope around the man. "If we can get him to talk, we don't have to." Elena inched forward, reaching a hand to the mans face before he lifted his head with a loud gasp.

His bones started cracking causing Nora to stand up quickly. "Is he turning?" Damon stared at him intently. "It's impossible. It's still daylight." Elena shook her head. "Tell him that." Ric stared as the man screamed, twisting his body. Damon held the man back, stopping him from ripping the rope apart. "There aren't supposed to be werewolves out here until the moon is full." Elena was in shock. She din't think this would happen.

"You know those ropes aren't gonna hold the wolf." The mans screams intensified even more. "Damon, we gotta get out of here. We gotta get out of the mountains now! Damon now!" Elena pleaded. The group ran away as fast as possible.

As they where running Elena fell causing Nora to turn backwards to help. The only thing stopping her was a wolf. Nora did the first thing that came to mind. She whistled and clapped her hands, "Are you a good boy?" Nora cued as the wolf watched her. "Come and catch me if you can." With out a second thought Nora ran with her Vampire speed. She laughed as her hair flew behind her, enjoying the adrenaline. Once she knew she lost the wolf she stopped against a tree. "Now, that was fun." She let out a chuckle, brushing a hand through her hair.

"What the hell where you thinking?" Damon gritted his teeth for the second time at her in the last two days. "Oh hush. I saved Elena, Ric, and you. A thank you would suffice." Nora crossed her arms over her chest smiling at the raven haired boy. "Sh." Damon wrapped a hand over her mouth as the two heard steps coming towards them.

With out second thought Damon pushed Nora out of the way, as the same Hybrid from earlier attacked him. Damon was struggling to keep the Hybrid from biting him before Stefan appeared, pulling out the Hybrids heart. "Stefan." Nora smiled walking closer to the youngest Salvatore. "What are you doing here." Stefan through the heart to th ground. "Fancy meeting you here." Damon was catching his breath, looking around the woods. "What part of 'Don't follow me anymore' got lost in translation, Damon?"

"Might want to take it up with your girlfriend. You don't want her chasing you, I'd stop with the late night phone calls." Worry flashed through Stefans face with a shake of his head. "I didn't call her."

"Sure you did. She's not going to give up on you. And neither is she." All the attention was directed towards Nora. "Stefan. Lexi wouldn't want this you know that." Nora took a step forward towards Stefan. "Yeah, you're right. She wouldn't, if she where alive." Nora blinked rapidly in confusion. "What do you mean. She is still alive. She has to be. She-"

"No she's not. Ask Damon. He is the one that killed her." Stefan scoffed. Nora was lost for words as Damon stared at the ground. Then she knew, it was him. He killed her. Nora sped out, back to the car getting far away from Damon as possible. She simply told the two humans she didn't want to talk as she sat in the back seat.

That night Nora didn't speak to one person. Instead she sat in Stefans room, reading all the journal entry's about Lexi.
