American Empire (American Independence special)

(Happy Independence day America)

(Also a little side note this is a very small AU and in it, Countries are just formed when new land is discovered. Some are considered twins because they were the same person. Countries can't have children, but in this AU America has a "kid" [they are not genetically connected his son just formed and is considered his son]. Britain and America are not father and son. Canada and America are not siblings [but super good friends]. North and South Korea are twins.

Another thing is: America is falling apart. In this AU the riot happening in New York, Texas (I think) Utah, and California (I think) are worse. Instead of the police controlling what was happening the riots got too severe and people were... uncontrollable to put it. The government was also panicking because they owed Mexico money for 'bombing' the country. But really America was framed [some how].

Countries will feel pain or become sick if something is wrong with their country or it's people. Countries can also psychically tell or give citizens orders with their minds.

I hope that's a good explanation for it all and ENJOY because I poured my heart and soul in this.)

UN entered the meeting room, he was the only one there. The lights were dim and the room was a little cold, UN shivered his wings due to the temperature. He felt uneasy entering the room where the tables were made in a half-circle but there was a gap where he always stood trying to draw out his or other countries' plan on a whiteboard.

UN sighed and set the room up to get ready for a meeting with countries.

While he was cleaning he heard talking or murmuring of two countries. He turned and saw East and West Germany early once again, West was holding a stack of papers while East has a few papers with a pen behind her ear.

"You two are early again." UN began at the two, turning and his white wings followed.

"I know but we finished all our paperwork early," East said while West adjusted his glasses. UN shook his head, the two german twins were both workaholics but West was pure work monster while East kept herself healthy. Everyone knew they worked together like they were one, some countries said that while they did work they would throw papers at each other and the other would swiftly catch it in sync. Well, they did use to be the same person. "We didn't have anything else so... we came here."

UN sighs softly, "East it's fine just can you guy leave me to myself for a minute or untell the meeting starts."

East nodded and turned to walk away while West was already going, she looked back at the UN who was back to writing on the whiteboard. "UN?" She paused, "Is everything Ok?"

UN's wings drooped, "I'll tell you when the meeting starts." He said quietly. East hesitated but quickly joined her brother who was waiting by the door.

"Wonder what's rattling with his feathers?" East said to her brother.

"Did you just say rattle?" West said in a serious tone. "You've been hanging out with America too much." He continued.

"Ugh, you hang out with Poland," East said her tone sassy.

"That has nothing to do with this."

"Sure."

The twins kept taunting each other in a playful way.

"Greetings Countries," UN began, the meeting had started and every country that needed to be there was there, except for one.

"Mr. UN!" UN looked to the North America side of the room and it was Canada who spoke. She was standing out of her chair. "Shouldn't we wait for America?-" He was cut off
