3. Night Shift

Y/N's POV

As I walk out of school to hop on the bus back my phone starts to ring

Brrrrr brrrrr brrrr- beep

"Yea?" I hear coughing at the other end. Oh no not again.

"I- I can't come into work today," the raspy voice on the other end coughs once again, "I'm so sorry y/n, can you please cover for me?"

"Yes, yes I will" I sigh.

Fuck. I hate work.

Yoongi's POV

Brrrr brrrr brrrr brrr- beep

I slowly get up from laying in my bed all day to look at my phone. Shit, it's y/n. Is she okay?

"H-hello?" my voice was deep and groggy from just waking up

"YOONGS I HAVE TO TAKE A EXTRA SHIFT FOR THE CAFE TONIGHT,"

"Yah! Chill out your gonna blow up my ear!"

"S-sorry..." I can just tell by the tone of her voice that's pouting.

"Gah, it's okay. What do you need?"

"Can you check up on Kat for me? She was really hungover before I left for school... BUT I SWEAR TO GOD DON'T GET CAUGHT BY LANDLADY"

"I wont! I wont! Sheesh ok im going now,"

"You better not sleep for another hour," she says with a threatening tone

"I'm putting on my shoes, don't worry. I'll call you later. I hate you."

"I hate you too. Bye."

BEEP

Damn. This girl is really getting me in my feels. I sigh.

"FUCK!" I yell out and flop on my bed. Footsteps come running and he swings open the door.

"Yoongi hyung are you okay?"

"Aish, yeah Tae Im fine..."

Y/N's POV

I walk in the backdoor to the cafe and see J-hope and Jungkook wrestling like the two idiots they are.

"Yah! You are supposed to be working!" I say kicking them out of the way to get to my locker

"Aigo! Lighten up! And you're late!" J-hope stands up and crosses his arms but Jungkook grabs him at his shoulders and brings him back to the ground in a chokehold. I roll my eyes and head to the locker room to change into my uniform.

Once I finish getting dressed I head out to start waiting tables.
