"THE BRIDE IS HERE! EVERYONE GET READY!" As I heard what the organizer said i fix my white dress andnstand straight. This is it. As the door went open I smiled and started singing:

I feel a sudden stab in my chess when i saw her. I smiled bitterly. Its their day. Its their moment. I look at him. He looks so happy. So so happy.

"As always, Stacy Lim got the highest score." Our teacher said as she smile at me. Everyone look at me, congratulating me. I smiled at them as response. When i got my paper i feel like my whole world crush... 95? This is impossible! I am expecting that i will perfect this exam!
I stayed all night for a week and read every book possible! I focus in this exam! Why cant i still perfect it?! Damn! Instead of showing them my disappointment I smiled a little and go back to my sit.

"The champoin goes to... who do you think?" The host said as she hear the opinion of the crowd.
"Number 6!!!!"

The crowd chanted so i smiled. I am confident that i will win. I have to win.
"Our champoin goes tooooo... Contestant number 6! Stacy Lim of Business course! Congratulations!" The host said so i quickly smiled and go in front. They gave me trophy and a flowers.

Everyone look at me with full of envy. I smiled bitterly. Everyone called me Ms. Perfect. Sabi kasi nila, ang swerte ko daw. Mayaman, maganda, matalino, lahat ng gusto makukuha. Well lets just say na yan ang akala nila.
"Ano to?! Bakit 95 lang?!my gosh! Stacy! I thought you really did your best??! Then why cant you perfect this shit?! Ha?!" Inis na sabi ni mama kaya naman napayuko lang ako. I want to answer them! I want to speak my side! But... i will be just disappoint them so... i prefer staying in silent.
"This is not acceptable stacy! This is not right! You have to perfect everything! Dont disappoint me! Dont disappoint your father! I'll talk to your teacher! You will going to take another test and make sure that you'll perfect it!" She said and turn her back and called someone. Maybe my teacher. I quickly run to my room and cry.

I happily got home because i am excited to tell them na i won the singing contest. Since i was just a kid i always dream to be a singer, thank goodness, He offered me a nice voice.
They are already eating when i got home so i calmly put my things in the sofa and proceed to the kitchen. "Bakit ngayon kalang?" Dad said as he look at me. Lumunok muna ako bago ngumiti sakanila.
"Mom... dad.. i joined a singing contest in school and i won!" I happily announce but the happiness was wash away as i saw their reaction... Nothing.
They continue eating like they didn't heard anything. Fuck it! So i just eat quickly and go upstair. This day is so exhausting. I need to breathe.

Wearing my toga while holding my diploma, I quietly sit down in the rooftop of the our school building. Today is our senior high school graduation, I graduated as a Valedictorian... and guess what? None of my parents didnt came to support me.
Minsan hinihiling ko na sana... sana mahirap nalang kami. Na sana... sana hindi nalang ganun kalaki yung trabaho nina mommy at daddy. Na sana pwede kong bilhin yung time nila. Na sana... sana mahalin din nila ako.
I cant stop from crying until someone caught my attention. Kanina pa siya diyan? Wtf! "Who the hell are you?!" I ask fiercely he raise up his two hands signing as a defeat. "Im Gino and I came here to help."

Me and Gino became really close. Until i realize Im falling inlove with him. His cute, his kind, his smart, his 2 years older than me, but he is the son of the worker of my father.

"Stacy!!" I quickly put my phone down as i heard my father's voice. Oh god! Alam niya na ba?! I immediately go out in my room and proceed to his office. There, i saw the disappointed look of my parents and the evil smirk of my fuckng cousin. Wtf! She again?!
"Is it true?!that your hanging out with that trash?!" My mom ask so i quickly shake my head. "His not a trash mom!" I said. She look at me disbelief.
"Now you learn to talk back huh?! Why?! Yan ba ang natutunan mo sa mahirap na yun?! Mawalan ka ng respeto sa mga magulang mo!" Sagot ni dad. Shit! I dont know what to do anymore.
"Stop talking to him." She suddenly said. I look at them... with wide eyes. How... how could they?!
"Mom! Dad! All this time! I want you to be proud of me! Im doing my best in academics! In everything! Im following your every word! Even though its suffocating me already! All my life! I've been following your plans! Your plans for myself! Just this time mom,dad, please... let me follow what i want." I cried. I begged. Hoping... hoping that maybe they will understand.
"A Lim never beg Stacy! Stop ruining our name!" Mika suddenly said so i glared at her. "You shut up!" I shouted then i receive a slap from my mom. I... did... she just slap me?!
"Stay away from that man or else his father will lose his job." Dad coldly said making me look at them so shock. How could they! Are they really my parents?! Why?!

I smiled as i saw him coming towards me. Its our first monthsarry... and maybe the last. I wanted to disagree with my parents continue being in a relationship with him but i remember his smile when he heard that his father was accepted in the job his been dreaming of.
I dont want to erase that smile. I dont want to be selfish.
"Hey im sorry im late... let's go?" He said and offered his hand but i just look at him coldly. "Lets end this." I said. His smile faded but still manage to make another one. " come on Stacy... our day haven't started." He said but i saw how his nose turn red.
God. How can i hurt this man? I cant... but i have to.
"Im sorry. I realize that our world will never collide. Your poor im rich. Lets end this. Goodbye." I quickly said and walk away but he hug me from the back. I gather myself together to stop me from crying. I can feel my shoulder being wet because of his tears.
Damn! damn! Damn! Lord... please... help me.
"W-why? Am i not enough? Im going to work harder to became rich so tha-" "I dont love you!" I shut him up. I can feel that his hug loosen so i quickly get away from him and go out of the mall. The moment i step in the car i cried.
I look at him and i saw him looking at my car. As the car started to move i saw him running from behind. Im sorry... my love.

"Your so beautiful in white-" i open my eyes as i finish the last line of there theme song. How ironic. I am now a successful singer. And him? He is now a successful business man, marrying my cousin. Yeah, they end up together.
As i look up i was welcome by his brown eyes. He look at me stunned and shock so i smiled before wiping the tears in my eyes as i mouthed to him: That should be me.
