The best time to enjoy the weather is when it's sunny and breezy outside and what better way than to go to the park. Nya thought it was best to take Chike outside to get some fresh air from all of this by having a picnic. As they sit eating salads. Chike broke the silence saying "I don't have time to relax. I need to do research and study" Nya rolls her eyes mocking Chike then proceeds to say "I don't wanna hear that today is beautiful, lets vibe together okay?". Chike laughs saying "I don't need you taking me out on dates" Nya playful hits Chike saying "girl don't start". They laughed and talk about the past and the present until it was time to go. Chike thought after the picnic they were going home but Nya had another surprise.
They caught the bus and headed towards the surprise. When they arrived Chike rolls her eyes saying "you can not be serious" Nya laughs saying "c'mon we haven't been skating since we were children" Chike laughs with her as they walk inside. As they walked inside something caught Chike's eyes. The energy was completely off. Something wasn't right. Nya looks at Chike smiling saying "what's up" Chike smiles saying "its nothing" Nya grabs Chike's hands and pulls her towards the area where you get your skates. Once they settled Nya got on the skating rink and begin skating laughing as Chike was holding onto the wall. Chike tried to get off the wall but soon fell. Nya gasp and quickly went that way to pick Chike back up.
Chike nervously laughs saying " I guess skating just isn't in me no more" Nya smiles saying "girl, c'mon" She held Chike's hand as she begins skating helping Chike get in the rhythm. Nya turned around skating backward holding both Chike's hands saying "In order to skate you just relax" Chike blushed as she looks into Nya's eyes as Nya gives her a warm smile. Once they were finished they took the skates off and sat down laughing. Nya crying laughing saying "the way you fell. How you fall holding onto the wall?" Chike rolls her eyes laughing saying "I forgot to skate, okay." Soon the waitress came and ask "Hi, I'll be your waitress today what can I get you today" Nya smiles saying "yes, I would like a glass of water". Chike looks at the waitress saying "I'll take the same thing, please" The waitress nodded and informed them that she'll be back.
Nya soon broke the silence saying "I know today is our only chill time until night then you got to study with 'her' " Chike rolls her eyes "why don't you even like Zula? I think she pretty cool" Nya snap at Chike saying "because something isn't right about her and stop talking so highly of her. I don't trust her". Chike laughs saying "jealous you might be replaced" Nya chewed her face up saying "as if!" Chike giggles but went quiet once she saw that Nya was serious. Nya quietly said "I just want you to be safe I can't protect you from this" Chike gave Nya a gentle smile saying "I'm not a damsel in distress, I can protect myself if anything. I just want to protect you from all of this." Nya giggles saying "okay my protector" they soon broke out in laughter as the waitress brings their water. After eating they decided to go by the lake and chill.
The sun was setting as they sat on the ground and look at the lake. Soon Chike spoke "you see this motherland. It's so beautiful" Nya smiles saying "it is" Nya leaned her head on Chike saying "best day ever" Chike smiles hard saying "it better be". As they were relaxing someone came over and said "excuse me but you two are in our spots" Nya sits up saying "I'm sorry?" Chike turns around noticing right away something off. As Chike looks at the woman she notices how pale she was. The woman continues saying "are you slow or dumb I said this is our spot. Go to Africa and see a lake". Nya instantly was triggered but before she could say something Chike step in saying "our fault we'll move" Nya rolls her eyes as they got up but once they stood up they noticed a group of men behind the women.
Chike grabs Nya's hand saying "we're leaving". One of the men spoke in a serious tone "Nah nig'ger you ain't going nowhere" Chike puts Nya behind her as the men gather around them. Nya spoke up saying "just let us leave" The woman spoke up saying "not only are they niggers they faggots babe". Another man spoke, "disgrace to Jesus". Chike was trying to stay calm but anger rumble in her soul. she soon spoke, "If you don't leave us alone I swear I will call the police". The men laugh as a few show their badge. Nya holds onto Chike shaking but soon one of the men yanked Nya off of Chike. Nya screams saying "let me go!" Chike turns around but another man grabs Chike trying to undress her.
Nya screams louder as one of them rips her shirt. The men laugh as one of them repeats "fucking nigger shut the fuck up" He slaps Nya so hard it shuts her up quickly. That set Chike off. As one of the men tries to hold her down her eyes went white. Nya looks at Chike whispering to herself "oh no" the men look at Chike as her strength became abnormal and she was able to get the men off of her. She then spoke "You dare disrespect those who gave you a home. I the womb-man, the goddess you dare disrespect. Punishment shall be placed" The men that were holding onto Nya soon let go amazed by what they see as they stare at Chike levitating in the air. Chike continues "I, the goddess Woyengi shall punish you with death".
Next thing you know they all ran off in fear as Nya laid there watching Chike. Soon Chike fell to the ground passing out. Nya runs to Chike holding onto her crying. As she cries she notice as the men run they fall and didn't move even the woman fell. Nya caught on and shook Chike saying "c'mon get up we got to get out of here NOW!" Chike woke up sitting up saying "what just happen and why is your shirt ripped?" Nya got Chike up saying "we need to leave now!" Chike saw the men laying there lifeless and called a taxi saying they were at McDonald's. Which were 4 blocks from where they were at. They quickly walk towards the McDonald's without being noticed. Once they made it to the McDonald's the taxi cab was parked waiting. They quickly got in the car. Once they made it home nothing but silence.
