"So, what's the status?", pang-iintriga ni Anicia.

Time passed by so fast. Its been 3 months since Chandler courted me. I still didn't say yes to him though. Hindi pa rin kasi ako kumbinsido na handa na ako. Chandler keeps on talking about marriage kaya mas lalo akong natatakot. But I admit, I'm falling for Chandler. Not just because he's courting me but because of what he shows me and what he is.

"I don't know, Anicia... I'm scared he'd want to settle down agad."

"Baka feeling ka lang, Portia. Give the guy a chance. Say yes na!", ani Anna. She's pregnant for 2 months now, by the way.

We're currently at Anna's new home. She wanted to show us her dream house and its spectacular! Its like a modern castle.

I sipped on my tea. I don't want to say yes because of pressure. There's a time for everything. I'm sure Chandler can wait.

"Oh my, look!", Jeorella showed us her phone.

Its an article about me and Chandler! The headline says 'CEO's of Divesta and Montano, exclusively dating, possible merging'!

"Ugh. Paparazzis," Anicia grunted.

I took out my phone and read the article. Its written by a journalist from a magazine that interviewed me once. May mga pictures din na magkasama kami sa clubhouse, sa mall, sa park at sa aking birthday!

'...The two were always spotted around the city since Early March of this year. On Portia Hojas' celebration of her 28th birthday, Chandler Montano was seen kneeling in front of the lady, asking for a dance.

Portia and Chandler are not involved in other relationships. Model Dia Ang denied in an interview that she was dating Montano. The model is now happy with her long-time boyfriend. Andres Dorio, who was once rumored to be Portia's boyfriend, also denied the allegation.

Could this be a way of the Montanos to merge with the Divestas?'

Napailing ako sa nabasa. Why would they talk about merging companies? Hindi nga namin naiisip iyan.

I texted Michelle to contact the magazine. They should take it down. It gives off a different message and I don't like it.

"What will happen now? The NYFW's in a week. You're bringing Chandler, right?", Jeorella asked.

"Its fine. I just have to make it clear that we're not up for merging like what they are concluding."

Michelle informed me after an hour that the journalist took it down already.

I shook my head at that. Everyone around me is saying that I have to say yes already but I just ignore them. We're in no rush.

"Pors, ready na ako!"

"Gosh, Chandler, the flight is in 8 hours!", I snapped.

I just woke up and Chandler's call greeted me. Its still 6am for God's sake!

"Sorry na. First time ko kasi sa America," tawa niya bago pinatay ang tawag.

I grunted. Mamaya na ang lipad namin papuntang New York. He's too excited since his travels for the past months were only around Asia. He even bought a lot of trench coats!

Around 12pm, we were already on the way to NAIA. Manong Ronnie drove for us and my team.

"Totoo bang hindi natutulog ang mga tao doon?", Chandler suddenly asked.
