Lunch came sooner than expected, but I wasn't complaining one bit.

I was hungry.

I walked out of class and walked to my locker to leave the books there. I started walking towards Axel's class but stopped when I saw Axel and Sophia walking towards me.

I smiled and we walked together towards the parking. Alex glared at me and said he's going with Sophia in her car and will meet me there. I laughed and asked Sophia for directions. It was simple enough. Just around the left corner, and then straight.

I nodded and put on my helmet, the people who were scattered around looked my way with mouth wide open, just like they did this morning.

I rolled my eyes and pulled back from the parking lot. I roared my bike extra hard and took off.

The ride was very short, I waited for a few minutes for Alex and Sophia to arrive.

After they arrived we walked inside the place. And I was not disappointed. It was a cozy place, the place was almost empty with just two more people eating their pizza.

We took a seat and a sweet smiling old lady came to our table, "How are you, Sophia? And I see you've finally made friends."

Sophia smiled, "I am fine Ava, how are you?"

"You know, just the same," she said then looked at me, "Oh, aren't you gorgeous darling! What are your names?" She asked me and Alex.

"My name is Avyanna, and this is my brother Alex Chase," I said with a smile, and Alex smiled as well.

"Well, my name's Ava. Nice to meet you both. " she replied with a sweet smile. "Oh, silly me! I wouldn't keep you hungry now, can I take your orders?" she asked chuckling a little.

"Actually Logan-" Sophia was cut off by the door opening.

"Hey guys, I hope I am not late." the guy who just entered said and I looked away from Sophia to look at him. He had black hair that was styled messily, a pair of ocean blue eyes, and his clean jawline sharp enough to cut diamonds.

He made his way towards our table and high fived Sophia, then hugged Ava, "Aren't you looking beautiful today, Ava?"

Charmer.

His eyes landed on me and stayed there. "Oh, and who is this gorgeous?"

I smirked, "Avyanna." I nodded.

He reluctantly broke our eye contact and turned to Alex. They exchanged names and then we all gave our orders to Ava.

Sophia was sitting on the opposite side of the table with Logan and me with Alex.

"So you go to the same school as us?" Logan once again looked my way and asked.

"Logan seriously? Don't tell me you've not heard of her. Avyanna Chase? The bullies? Rings any bell?" Sophia said.

Logan's eyes widened "Oh. I've heard just fine from the football team."

I decided to change the subject, "so you play football?" I asked.

His eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas, it was honestly cute. "Yes, I am the center forward."

I nodded. We all made small talks as we ate, even Alex was opening up to them. I smiled watching that.

Logan told us he's in the last year of school same as me, but his subjects were different than mine. He looked like a good boy, not the innocent types but the non-jerks types.

Every once in a while I'd catch him looking at me and when caught, he'd look away quickly. He's cute, but unfortunately I am not looking for a boyfriend right now.

The lunchtime was quickly coming to an end so we all headed back to school.

Sophia and Alex walked to her car and took off. It was just me and Logan now so I put on my helmet and straddled my bike.

"Damn I saw this beauty today in the parking lot but I didn't know it was yours." he said dreamily.

I chuckled, "Do you want a ride?" I asked but then looked at the keys in his hands of his own vehicle.

"Fuck yes. I'll take my bike after school ends, I wouldn't want to miss a ride at this." He said, making me chuckle.

"Hop on," I said.

He sat his arms loosely holding me like he knew it'll be uncomfortable for us. I smiled.

We were in the school's parking lot in no time. Logan got off the bike, and his perfect smile was almost blinding.

"Fuck. That was the best bike ride of my life!" he exclaimed.

I chuckled. "Why, thank you." I got off my bike and did a little bow.

He laughed, as we walked in the corridor with his hand holding mine. It was simple enough and friends do this all the time. So I shrugged besides he seemed nice enough guy.

"What class do you have now?" he asked and I looked at my schedule because I have not yet crammed it.

"Um- it's blank I guess I have a free lecture," I said while looking at my schedule.

"Then why don't you come and watch my practice. The big game's coming and coach's being a real pain in the ass, besides if a beautiful girl such as you will be there it'll give me the strength to bear his abuses." he winked.

I laughed, "okay, why not." Alex already messaged me saying he and Sophia are in the class, and I have a free lecture it's not like I have something better to do.

We walked towards the ground and I sat on the bleachers, he bid me goodbye with a wink and I wished him all the strength to bear his coach's abuses, to which he pouted.

I don't know much about the game but the guys were playing pretty well, Logan was playing pretty well.

I watched the game intently, and suddenly my eyes met with a brown pair.

Brennon The Asshole.

I rolled my eyes. I should've seen this coming. Of course.

He was the quarterback. Throughout the game, he kept looking at me. Or more like glaring at me.

As if I care, bitch.

I rolled my eyes and soon the practice was over. Logan ran towards me and suddenly hugged me. I was a little startled but hugged him back.

"Damn Avyanna you should come to my every practice. The coach was less pain in the ass today. And can you believe it he actually praised me."

I laughed, "Well, congratulations."

He was about to say something when someone yelled his name. "Ah shit, I forgot the team meeting," he said in embarrassment.

I chuckled, "no worries, my next lecture is about to start anyway."

"Yeah I know- forget it, I'll walk you to your class." he said.

"Relax Logan there's no need, your team meeting is important. It's not like I can't walk to my class on my own, you know" I said and playfully glared at him with a smile.

"But I want-" he started but I cut him off.

"No. Attend your team meeting." I said with a finality in my tone.

He sighed, and pouted, "Okay but can I at least get your number?"

I chuckled, nodding I took his phone and saved my number. We bid goodbyes and I walked to my next class.

Sorry guys I really don't know anything about football. Ignore if I wrote something wrong.

Just know that, Brennon is like the captain of the team and Logan is under him, something like second captain? That is, if there even is something like that.
