"So bro, how's it going with what's her name?" Hayden asks, as we're lounging in my room, and I look up from my phone open on Instagram. "M?" I ask and he nods, looking confused. "Its good. Shes a cool girl I guess. We just finished the song the other day. Dont know how we'll record it though. She cant just sing through the mask."
"I get it, I guess." He says "Isn't it weird, you not knowing what she looks like?" "Maybe..." I say "A little. But I feel like I know her. Even though." "Okay...." He responds. "I mean I dont get it but- well okay"
"Oh hush Hayden. You only know 1 girl. And you wont stop flirting with her. Its sickening dude" I say, motioning to the room next door. Lauren's room. "Oh shut up-" He says, then stops himself. "Wait do you like this girl??"
"Wha- no what makes you think that, you idiot?" I respond. "Well it's just you compared You and M to me and Lauren-" He says and my eyes widen. "Wait no-" "Nonono wait" I say, half grinning. "You do like Lauren?"
"I- I am not having this conversation right now. We're talking about M." He defends. "Fine." I say, holding my hands up in surrender. "Heyyyyyyy." A voice sings, walking in. I turn to see the most annoying blonde I know.
"Oh hey Laur, we were just talking about you." I say, giving Hayden a teasing look. "What did you say?" She asks and I smirk. "Hayden what did he say?!" "Uhhh-" Hayden says and I cut him off.
"Chilllll I didnt tell him about how you lik-" I start and she starts blushing furiously. "ANYWAYSSSSS What're you up to besides that?" She says. Giving me a 'shut up' look. "Talking about that M girl John's writing a song with." Hayden says.
"Oh yeah, did you guys finish it??" She asks, looking intrigued. "Almost." I say. "We have a few more things to do I guess. But yeah mostly done. We need to work on the music." "Cool. Can we hear it??" She asks.
"No." I state, plainly. "Why not?" Hayden asks, frowning. "Cause I said so" I say, using the lame excuse my parents used to use. "You're no fun." Lauren says.
"Oh shut up Choppy you can hear it when its done." I say. "Heyyy stop calling me Choppy" She glares at me and I shrug. "Buzz buzz" Hayden says, when my phone vibrates. Earning a stare from Laur and I. "Dude what?" I ask, before I burst into laughter. I then proceed to check my phone.
