Parker pov:
Chester's door swings open, to reveal him standing there. I didn't want to bother him but I he left his glasses in the car so I figured that I would return them to him. Chester still looks really scared.

"I have your glasses," I say, I sound like a dork.

Chester takes them from me and looks down at the ground. It looks like he's having trouble standing up.

Chester pov:
I feel it happening but there's nothing I can do about it. My knees buckled again, this time right in front of Parker! His arms wrap around my before I can reach the ground.

"You okay, baby," he asks

Did he really just say that? My face heats up and I know that his probably did too.

Parker:
how did that slip!? I meant bro! I. MEANT. BRO.

A big blush spreads across Chester's face, thankful he can't see mine because from the feel of it, my face is the color or a tomato.

"I bet now isn't the best time to explain that," I say, stupidly.

I sit on the floor with Chester and look into his eyes. They shine like moonlight on the ocean.

"It's fine, go ahead," Chester replies.

I can tell that he really wants to know why I called him 'baby' so I take a deep breath in and say, "I like you,"
