I'm tired and shaking

To feel alive
And thrive

I'm doing all I can,
And I so want to feel enough

To see who I am
And that I am wonderful

I've overcome obstacles, and have improved greatly,
Help heal my mind from being a bystander, from being a witness and victim of the cruelties and turmoil.
Please heal me again
As you do
And so I don't feel alone right now, so it's easier to live.
