As Jimin was walking along the ashen, layered road, he rinsed his eyes around his neighborhood, soaking in everything that his eyes had taken in.

Every emotion from shock to wonder had occupied Jimin's thoughts as he picked up his head and looked at every building and broken, decomposed vehicle that had been in the path of the missile's strike.

Emotions began welling up inside Jimin as he began to remember the day he had been left behind, watching his brother put his hand up to the back window of the bus, sadness taking over the contours of his face.

But as he realized that the single memory had started replaying for the millionth time in his head, he steeled himself from that same pain once again by violently shaking his head back and forth, and trying to focus his attention on the swinging of his bag that he'd been carrying for the last few steps, he realized he should focus on what and how much he had of everything.

But to do that, he would need to find a place to squat down for a quick minute, so he could figure out what to ration and what could be used and consumed right away.

In light of the fact, Jimin began eyeing around him, wondering any of these houses around him, as dilapidated as they, had held anything decent enough for him to get use out of.

So in subsquence, Jimin began to wander over to a house that looked just a tad more destroyed, and began looking around inside once he'd stepped foot in the broken threshold.

After eyeing around the broken, destroyed building, Jimin decided that there was nothing of any use to him, and just ended up leaving, no trace of any living thing there.

He started walking back out, and began pacing his way out onto the ash covered streets, hoping to eventually find some sort of shelter for the night.

After walking for about 25 to 30 minutes, Jimin's feet began aching, legs throbbing in protest of overuse, so he looked around himself, his eyes taking in all kinds of broken buildings and caked-on dirt streets until his eyes had landed on a particular building.

It was what looked like a convenience store, only this one was completely wrecked with the roof of the store completely dilapidated, half still hanging on for dear life while the other side had completely fallen, and glass shattered everywhere he'd looked on the ground.

He has taken to thinking that this would be his shelter for the night, so he immediately headed straight over to the building, hoping for the security of a roof over his head for the night, protecting him from the unknown dangers that this new world had to offer.

He wasn't stupid enough to think he was better than staying inside a convenience store for the night, not after what he'd witnessed.

So he quickly began making his way over to the building, hearing little creaks and groans from the adjusting of the metal and different materials used in the building, looking around him in the process for any threats. After he deemed no harm was around him, he jogged over to the dilapidated mess of materials and set his bag down, opening and searching for his flashlight he'd brought with him.

After finding the flashlight, he zipped up his bag again, and clicked the button, sending a beam of light across to the ground and lifted it up, moving it around and flashing it inside the building.

But as he'd moved around the light, he caught movement from the back corner of the building, hoping it was just something falling.

He gulped, hoping it wasn't anything.

So he slowly, gradually stepped forward, being mindful of any debris on the floor and began shining his flashlight everywhere, in hopes he wouldn't catch anything else.

As he crept slowly into the dusted over, broken building, he began to look around, and as he did, he managed to spot what looked like food and water.

So he quickly and quietly walked over and began perusing what was layed out on the metal shelf, taking notice of what looked like just a couple cans of some beans and some tomato soup. Over on the right side of the cans, he spotted about three bottles of water.

He looked around the broken down store, and caught no sign of anyone, so he quickly reached out to grab a can.

"HEY!!!" Jimin heard before he heard the cocking of a gun.

The sound made him freeze on the spot.

He quickly put his hands up, and tried  turning around, but before he could, he heard the voice speak again.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING???"

"I-I..." Was all Jimin said before he heard the voice coming closer and closer until the gun was pressed directly up against his temple, making him abandon any thoughts he had of trying to escape.

"YOU BETTER TELL ME WHAT YOUR DOING. RIGHT NOW."

Jimin opened his mouth, but nothing came out, only harsh breaths and stuttered words.

He felt the gun press harder into his temple.

"I-I'm trying to f-find m-my family..." Was all Jimin could get out before he was harshly turned around by his shoulders to face to menacing voice.

As he was turned around, Jimin couldn't see his face all that great, because the darkness prevailed the light in the minimal space. But as he could guess, just from the little light coming in, that the person who was speaking was very good looking.

He rationed that maybe, just maybe, if they looked good, that they could maybe help him find his family.

He wasn't stereotyping, but he had rationed that, so after a few seconds of just pure, deafening silence, he decided he wanted to try and ask the other man something.

"C-can you help me f-find my family?" Jimin asked, voice wavering from unadulterated fear and shock of the situation he was currently in.

He had watched as the man looked straight back at him, but could barely see his features.

Then he felt the gun being pressed to his temple some more.
