As Jimin began lowering himself down slowly to rest for a while, he felt his tears accumulating to a point that one tear had finally slid down his cheek.

Jimin was not really the type to cry unless it was a major detriment or change to his life that had happened, but he would consider losing his family a major detriment. He just had to silently agree and comply to what Jeon had basically spat out on him.

He had wondered what had made Jeon like this, why he was the way he was.

Could he have had a bad past or been in a terrible situation before that would make him like he is now? Is that why he was so coldhearted and standoffish? At least for now?

He decided not to dwell on it for fear of thinking of worse things, and just ride it out, let things happen like he knew they would. Because nothing ever stops right then and there to let you gather yourself. Hell, life would go down the drain if that ever happened.

Taking in a deep breath, as well as he could with everything hanging around in the air, he heard Jeon mumbling incoherent things to himself while he was sitting on something unrecognizable, sorting everything he had with him.

Thinking on it a bit more, Jimin never heard him say anywhere why he was out here, especially this far when he looked like he came from an entirely different place. Maybe the man was out here looking for something. Jimin didn't have a clue as to what it could be, but he got the thought entirely out of his head.

Though he was naturally very curious, he knew he couldn't ask why, because Jeon would only do the same thing as last time, spit out at him with a sour tone.

So he could only wait for his go ahead for when they would be leaving, making Jimin hold onto what little hope he had left.

By the time seven or eight minutes passed, Jimin's thoughts began wandering, bringing him back to his recurring thought about watching Jihyun vanishing right before his eyes, making his heart throb and chest ache. So he knew that he needed to get Jeon and his self out on the road, he just needed to figure out how he was going to go about that, since Jeon practically spit out on him the last time he had even muttered so much as a single word of defiance.

But then again, he also knew not to press his luck with this matter, seeing as Jeon was literally the only person around that was willing to help him find his family.

So he began sitting himself back up, feeling even more rigid then when he sat down, and lifted himself up off of the dirty, cold, hard floor, and weaved his way through all the glass, dirt and debris back outside to look for the stoic-faced man.

Upon a few silent seconds of just looking around, he saw the quiet man holding his gun up, pointed as something in the distance, almost as if there were something, maybe someone, that was threatening him.

But this time, the gun wasn't the plain pistol Jimin had seen the last time the man held up a gun.

This time, it was a long-range gun. Not like a shotgun, but more sleek then one, being help up in the air, right up to his face, peering through the scope of it.

This of course had Jimin worried, so he began to silently walk up to him, thinking of what he was about to say while he was busying himself with avoiding burned tires that made the air smell putrid around him, and turning around what had seemed to be sharp objects.

"Jeo-"

"SHH!!!"

Upon hearing such a sound, Jimin immediately stilled, body going cold in absolute fear and shock of what had the raven haired man so guarded.

"Wh-"

"I SAID SHUT UP!!!" The cold voice cut through the air in a harsh whisper as Jimin immediately went quiet, heart pulsating erratically, eyes scanning every brick and broken window around him, eyes peeled for any sign of immediate danger that may be presenting itself.

Upon whispering these words loudly, the man named Jeon had immediately began turning around at such a fast rate that Jimin had sworn he got whiplash, and Jeon began holding his hand in a tight grip while he made a mad dash for the exit of the broken down building and made their exit while Jimin had heard what sounded like mad dashes of angry footsteps around them, and the absurdly loud sound of guns being loaded.

"Park!!! Let's go!!! Their coming!!!" Jeon had whispered loudly yet again, Jimin's hand in a vice-like grip, footsteps turning loud, gun swinging by his side as they ran out of there as far and as fast as their feet and legs could carry them.

They had made their way out of their as fast as they could while making the hard attempt as escaping the oncoming footsteps surging towards them.

"WH-WHAT'S HAPPENING???" Jimin whispered loudly while his feet were carrying him as fast as Jeon had been running, seemingly avoiding an oncoming problem, making him think back to when Jeon had been holding the scope of his gun up to his eye, keeping guard while Jimin was walking up to him.

"JUST SHUT UP AND FOLLOW ME!!!" Jeon had whispered again, voice becoming quiet as they kept on running, taking them further and further away from the impending threat, running out of breath and adrenaline pumping through their veins.

Jimin was just constantly thinking back to when he went outside to see Jeon holding the scope up to his eye, wondering what or who might've been there to cause the other to feel threatened by its presence, occupying his thoughts.

Never one did they stop running, Jimin's wrist beginning to hurt like no other from Jeon's super tight hold on him, until Jimin crashed directly into Jeon's massive back.

Jimin rubbed his head with his free hand, stepping back to take a look around, noticing that Jeon had lead them into a mostly empty building, only taking notice of what seemed to be a sleeping bag on the floor alongside a few other things.

It was safe to say he had grown even more curious.
