They hadn't stopped running until they had reached the building, Jeon still grabbing his hand hard while they finally made it to this building.
Jimin began question many things since he had left his bunker by his home, but now he had even more questions.
He had questions about the obvious one, the elephant in the room, it being why there was a missile that day, and why it had stricken where it did. Then there was the question of who this Jeon man was, and what he was doing, then another about the huge ass bug the silent man had killed, one about who or what had been chasing them, and of course, the question of who else had survived this horrible attack?
But all of that had turned moot when Jeon had let go of his hand, which had bruised under the tight grip, and Jimin finally got to looking around, noticing a sleeping bag on the ground and what had looked like a mirage of things set up by and around the area.
By the looks of it, it was like this place was a temporary camp of sorts. One that you could assemble with ease but still look sophisticated enough to appear like you know what you were doing, even in the very middle of an apocalypse.
As he washed his eyes all around the darkened, brick-ridden room, decorated with all sorts of windows in which the glass had been broken in many spots, he had realized that this setup must be one of Jeon's hideouts, secretly hoping the Jeon had rushed them here so he would be able to tell Jimin why he was out here, and what he had been doing, what he intended to do.
But that thought didn't get very far as Jimin knew that was just wishful thinking taking over his already tired, exhausted brain. So he quickly shoved the thought to the back of his head, taking yet another look around the dark room, trying to find where he would be sleeping again, if the case had arisen that they would be here until night had fallen.
As he looked, he found no sign of a sleeping bag, or anything makeshift whatsoever.
After a little while, he had noticed Jeon taking off his gun, along with his pistol that he'd carried around in his pants' waist, and set down the bag he had carried with them as they raced their way away from whatever had seemed to set Jeon off, something of which he had obviously gotten very curious about.
After what had seemed like 10 or 15 minutes had passed of just pure, quiet silence, Jimin had finally mustered up the courage to speak, hoping that whatever words would come out, would actually form some variation of what he'd wanted to talk about.
"U-um... Jeon? Can... can I ask something?" Jimin began, voice almost wavering from nervousness, along with his intense feelings and emotions.
"No." The cold voice cut through like a huge, sharp blade cutting through the thickest fog imaginable.
"B-but..." Jimin tried yet again, only to recieve a lashing out instead.
"Jimin, listen to me. Just because you have questions, does not mean you are to speak, if anything at all!!! Now shut up and rest for a minute before I decide I've had enough of your annoying voice and choke you!!!" Jeon had stated firmly, voice reaching Jimin's ears.
"But...but..." Jimin started, hoping to possibly argue some reason into the already firm man.
"I SAID NO." Jeon stated loudly and quickly, cutting off whatever it was Jimin was about to say. This had effected Jimin enough for tears to gather in his eyes.
"Jeon!!! I just want to know who or what that was out there that had you so riled up!!!" Jimin yelled, deciding the man wouldn't listen if he were to just keep backing off like he had been. So he took the prominent opportunity hanging in the air, to pop off on Jeon like the cold man had done to him.
"Park!!! It doesn't concern you. Zip it!!!" Jeon had stated again, voice leaving a static feeling in the already stagnant air.
"No, Jeon!!! You listen to me!!!" Jimin began, feeling anger slowly rising in his veins. "You don't get to do this if you expect me to go along with you!!! You can't be like this, be so secretive, if I'm going to follow you blindly, putting my trust in you!!! Now, you tell me what or who the hell that was that had you so alarmed!!! I'm not taking no for an answer!!!" Jimin yelled, looking up from the dirty cement flooring up to Jeon's face, watching his expression morph from one of anger to one of surprise at Jimin's sudden outburst.
"Ok... damn. Calm down!" Jeon stated, gulping at the sudden lash out Jimin just gave him.
At that, Jimin had directly found a spot to sit on that wasn't the dirty cement floor, and slowly sunk down until his rear end was seated on the sleeping bag, adjusting himself on the fabric until he'd gotten comfy and was able to focus his attention on the black-haired man still standing in front of him, looking elsewhere.
As Jeon had watched Jimin take a spot on the floor, he immediately looked for a spot to relax instantly, hoping that maybe, just maybe, he could find a way to talk around the subject.
Because of what he's experienced with everyone, particularly with the Dark Seoul Gang, which had instantly appeared after the missile had struck, Jeon really didn't want to have to back back to reliving those horrible days in his memories, just hoping that it wasn't any of their members chasing after them as he lead himself and Jimin away from them, and being forced into hiding from retaliating against such a dark, horrible group of people and terrifying memories of what his life was like as he ran away from them.
But Jimin didn't need to know anything.
That's why he was going to steer clear of everything.
As best as he could.
