Edmuns PoV

We walked.
Just walked! It seemed like we were going no where!!! Trumpkin was trying to show Peter that he was going the wrong way but would he listen? NO!!!!

"I dont remeber this way!?!" Susan said looking arround.

"Thats the problem with girls! can't carry a map in their heads!" Peter replied.

"Thats because our head have somthing unseful in them!"couldn't help but laugh. My little sister could get away with murder. she'd just show her cute smile!

"We should have just listend to our DLF" Susan whispered to Lucy.

"DLF?" I asked. as I walked over a bolder.

"Dear little friend!!" they said together and started gigling. girls I thought I will never understand them!!!

"OH and thats not at all patronising!!!" he said sarcasticly. I laughed and followed the girls.

"We're not lost" Peter said.

"No! Your just going the wrong way!"

" You last saw caspian at the shuddering woods, and the quickest way there is to cross by the river rush"

I turned the corner to see peter standing on a rock looking down at Trumkin.

" Unless I'm mistaken, your majesty, there is not crossing in these parts." he said in forsed politeness.

" That exsplains it!" he replied turning "your mistaken!" he continued walking

We carryed on walking for awhile and ended up in the Howling wood. the trees there make a howling sound whenever the wind is to strong. I could hear rushing water. May be we were near the river rush? In the distance I could see Peter, Susan, Lucy stop and look down at what had to be the river. Trumpkin stood next to me and we stared at them. I shifted my shiled on my back as Susan said

"Over time water errods the earths soil and.."

"Oh! shut up!!!" Peter interupted.

"Anyway down?" I asked trumpkin.

"Yeah" he said everyone turned to him eagerly "falling!"

Great! Why did he have to get our hopes up like that.

"Well..." said Peter "We weren't lost!" everyone turnd to Trumpkin.

"It shallower down river!" we all turned "How do you feel like swimming?" he said

"It's better than walking!" replied Susan. We began to walk.

"Aslan! dont you see him!" Lucy yelled. we all turned "He ws right there..." her voice trailed away.

"Do you see him now?" asked Trumpkin

"I'm not crazy!" she exsplaind "He was right there! He wanted us to follow him!"

"I'm sure there are many lions in this wood just like that bear"

"I sure I know aslan when I see him!!!"

"Look I am NOT about to jump off a cliff after someone who dose not real!"

"Lasted time I didn't believe Lucy I eneded up looking pretty stupied!" I said. She smiled at me as I went to stand next to her, as if I was on her team.

"Why wouldn't I have seen him?" asked Peter.

"Maybe you weren't looking?" Lucy replied. I seriously think she is far wiser than her age.

"Sorry Lu." he, Susan and Trumpkin tuned away and began to walk. She looked back at the place where she had seen Aslan. She turned to me. I gave a slighted nod in the direction they had walked in. we began to follow them.
