Chronicles of Narnia~wishes do come true

Meeting the Kings and Queens of old.

Emily's PoV

We were ready. Soon the kings and queens of old would find us. I was keeping my eye on Caspian at all times. I didn't want him to hurt Peter even though Lucy would stop them, I wanted to do it.

"Emily!" Caspian clicked his finger in front of my face "come on miss day dream!" he said. I smiled.

"yes Caspian!" I replied bowing

"stop that! Could you go and make sure they are alright." He said pointing into the distance.

"I am sure they are but I will just to keep your mind at rest!" I said patting his head. I walked away.

About 5 minuets later I hear a sword being drawn and the clashes of metal open metal. I ran back towards Caspian. They had arrived. I hid behind a tree. I could see Lucy behind the bush. She was about to rush forward when I yelled

"Caspian no!" he had taken the sword out of the tree. However in doing so he had elbow me in the head. Hard! I had fallen to the floor.

"Emily?"

"Caspian don't hurt him!" I stood up quickly causing y head to spin. I put my hand to my temple and panted at Peter "he's king... king..."

"PETER!!!" Susan came over the hill with a loaded bow. She wore a purple dress. Trumpkin, Lucy and Edmund followed. Lucy had a gold and red dress on. Edmund wore blue. I stared at them in owe. The kings and queens of old! I had waited 1300 year to see them. And here I was a 13-year-old looking girl in basically boy's cloths. Caspian looked down at the sword.

"high king Peter!" he said. His lip was bleeding

"I believe you called!"

"yes but... I thought you'd be older!"

"Caspian!!!!" I said pushing him.

"if you want" he turned as if to walk away "we can come back in a few years!"

"no!" Caspian said "its alright its just... your not exactly what I expected." He looked at them his eyes landing on Susan. She gave him a flirtations smile.

"nether are you!" Edmund said. He looked far younger than I remembered him but he still looked like himself.

"a common enemy unites even the hardest of foes." Said Trufflehunter. I smiled

"we were anxiously waiting you return you highness! Reepercheep bowed 'our hearts and swords are at you service."

"good we are going to need all the help we can get!"

"gosh he is so cute!" Lucy whispered to Susan. I shut my mouth tightly to hide my laugh. Edmund smiled at me when I did this.

"who said that!" he pointed his sword at the direction of the voice.

"sorry' she said

"oh! your majesty! With the greatest respect." He bowed " I do believe courageous curious or chivalrous would suit a knight of Narnia!"

"well at least we know someone can handle a blade!"

"yes in deed! I have recently put it to good use securing weapons for your army sir."

I could see Caspian wanted to speak but I quickly stepped on his toe to silence him.

'good" he replied "because we going to need every sword we can get!"

"well you'll probably be wanting yours back!" he handed it back to him. Taking it he began to walk. Caspian walked next to him. Susan and Lucy followed. I walked with Edmund. I could help but smile. I tucked my hair behind my ear and waited for him to start talking.

love is in the air!!! i love the relationship between Caspian and Susan! maybe their will be something between Edmund and Emily, dint know yet! I hope you are having a great 2015 I hope to update lodes today! Love you- Faith Ryde
