Tocho's P.O.V
"So who exactly are you?" I asked the old guy after we were done paying respects to the dead.
"Are you looking for someone?" He asked in reply.
"Yeah, we're looking for a man named Sakonji Urokodaki, do you know where he is? A man named Giyu Tomioka sent us." Nezuko asked.
"Nezuko, I don't think we should trust him..." I whispered to her.
She ignored me.
"That would be me. I'll take you back to my place. Try to keep up."
Then he took off running.
I quickly rushed back into the temple, grabbed the basket, covered up Tanjiro, and ran back out.
Nezuko took it from me and ran to catch up to the old man.
Surprisingly, even when running, he could move silently, if I was blind, I would've only been able to detect him by the vibrations his body makes.
I was able to keep up with him without much problem, but Nezuko was lagging behind.
After an entire day of running, we finally arrived at his place. At this point, even I was tired.
"Okay..." I panted, "We want to be demon slayers, can you train us?"
"Oh, but the training has already began."
I could've sworn Nezuko passed out right there.
"That was the training?!"
"Indeed. Now, you may rest, but come out with me at midnight. You, the demon, are something different." He told me.
"So I've been told. Also, just call me Tocho, Tocho Kamado."
"Alright, Tocho. And your sister is...?"
"Nezuko."
"Your brother?"
"Tanjiro."
"I see. Well, you're welcome to rest for now."
I nodded, walking inside, but then I turned around, "Do you have any food?"
"Human flesh?"
"Ew. No. Like, actual food."
"Well, of course."
"Good. I'm hungry as all hell right now."
"If you ever get hungry on the field, try eating the demons."
Say what now?
". . . W h a t ?"
"Demons also gain their strength by not only eating humans, but also other demons, and since you're part human, you might get something more than just energy."
I pondered it, "I'll give that a try, though I will not continue if it tastes bad."
"I don't expect you to. Just a suggestion."
I nodded, thanking him, and then strolling into the shack to look for some food.

Nezuko's P.O.V
Training was terrible.
It was pain. I had to run down a mountain, avoiding traps, trying to make it to the bottom of the mountain before sunrise.
I was taught how to use the breathing technique correctly and to be 'one with the water'.
I still failed, every time I didn't do it right, Mr Urokodaki would hit me in the stomach.
