Nezuko's P.O.V

I landed on the ground right next to Tocho, who was facing a demon radiating lies and death.

"Ugh... That hurt..." I groaned, getting back up from the ground.

I had to use a breathing form so that I didn't get too injured from the fall. Sheesh, that massive guy sure hits hard.

"Nezuko, be careful of this guy, he's a Kizuki!" Tocho warned me.

Wait, I thought the big demon was the kizuki?

If this kid is even stronger, then...

Oh no.

We're going to have a very hard time killing him.

I gave Inosuke wrong information, I assumed that just because a demon was strong, it automatically meant he was a Kizuki.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when Tocho pushed me.

As it turns out, the demon kid was about to cut me to pieces with his webs.

"Nezuko, pay attention, those strings are very sharp, he once diced a demon slayer into squares, including his sword!"

My eyes automatically widened. Then would that mean we can't go on the offense?

I looked at Tocho for help, but he just sighed, "Look, Nezuko, if you can't find a weakness for this guy, we won't be able to leave here alive. I don't want to alarm you, but I can't really beat this guy."

Not even Tocho can beat him?!

"However, you have the capacity to beat him, I know you do. You're the child of brightness, for god's sake, that has to mean something!" Tocho patted me on the shoulder, "I'll run a distraction, try not to get sliced by his strings, alright?"

I nodded, do I even have a choice?

If we don't stop him, we'll die.

Tocho drew his swords and ran at Rui, his demonic speed multiplied by his breathing technique made him faster and stronger than most, he barely managed to outpace the demon kid.

"Sorry, Rui, but I have to do this!"

So his name is Rui, huh?

Tocho appeared behind Rui, but instead of swinging at his neck, Tocho went for the throat.

He sank his teeth into Rui's flesh and ripped out his throat, eating and swallowing it.

Ugh, I will never get used to that.

"Thanks for the meal, buddy."

Rui stumbled back, scowling.

Tocho simply laughed, "Yeah? What are you gonna do about it? Thanks to your flesh and blood, I can now do this!"

He flicked his wrists, and suddenly, red strings shot out from his fingertips and wrapped around the surrounding trees.

Rui looked surprised.

Tocho flicked his wrists once more, and the strings seemed to dance to his will, often moving on their own without Tocho having to move his hands.

Rui sighed, "Fine, if you want to fight, I'll fight."

I drew my sword and prepared for a fight.

Rui lashed out with razor-sharp strings that landed several cuts on my face and arms, but I managed to avoid getting cut in half.

With my sword in hand, I charged Rui, preparing to strike.

"Second form: Lateral-" I didn't have time to finish before Rui threw a few strings at me.
