Switching pov ahead

*Saturday eve

<Aiden's pov>

My head was swarming with Deja vu; I was outside of James' room for the tenth time that week, at the least, and he wasn't coming to the door no matter how much I knocked or how loud.

I pull the handle and open it up. There he is again, laid in his bed with one leg out of the cover and pillow on the floor.

"Get your ass up and put this on." I chuck some clothes on his bed, but he turns his face the wall. "That wasn't a question."

He reluctantly sits up, glaring at me with cold green eyes. If you'd never woken up a bear before, I feel like this would have been a close enough experience. I stand my ground, arms folded over my chest and glare back at him.

"If you haven't put this on in five minutes I'll drive over, get Cole, bring him here and lock you two in a room for the rest of the night. Just see if I'm not joking..." He shies away from my eyes, looking at his mattress and thinks. He grunts back to me and I turn.

"Ever heard of privacy? Can you at least leave so I can get dressed?"

"Ha, nope - I'm not looking so go right ahead. And before you even say it, I know you got back from a run an hour ago and had a shower so don't try escaping with an excuse like you stink." A pause is followed by rustling and shifting.

"You got headphones?" I turn to see he's wearing the outfit I had worn last year; Loose baggy blue pajamas pants, a white jersey with red and blue stripes by the shoulders, with a big blue '10' on the front. The only unfortunate thing was that the top was cut short so you could still see his stomach - well his abs because of course he'd be ripped with the amount of exercise he did. Not only that, but the outfit actually suited him, and I found myself becoming a bit jealous.

"What? You plan on listening to your own music at a house party?" He gives me a dumbfounded look and sighs. He turns to rummage through his draws. Nothing turns up so he shifts over to his roommates' side of the room. He jumps up, a silver headset in hand and he stands up.

He slings them around my neck, and he smiles at me, hands on hips.

"Done! Now I look like him." He gets his keys, phone and a jumper because a crop top might have been a bit much for him.

"Look like who?"

"You're kidding right?" We leave and make our way to the car.

<Toby's pov>

It was now midnight and the party was in full swing. I made sure to go around and try guess each person's character. So far, my favourite had been Sam and Trevor's couples' outfit.

Sam was sporting skinny blue jeans, an iconic yellow raincoat with matching boots and had dyed her hair dark blue. Not only that, but she carried around two thick, black buttons in her little satchel that she would take out from time to time and place at her eyes. If this wasn't enough to confirm she had come as Coraline, Trev was by her side as Wybie. He had clumped his hair into a tangled mess, wore a long black coat with high vis stripes along it and even had a helmet like his that he could open and close as he pleased.

Many of the people were dressed in the classics: Pennywise, random dead nurses, Emily the Corpse bride and Viktor, the avengers, ninja turtles, dogs, cats, witches, ghosts.
