"Na Jaemin!"
"Yes sir?" Jaemin poked his head up from underneath the cash desk where he was trying to pick up a pen he dropped.
"There's someone in the shop, you can get the pen later. Oh and you're closing up tonight."
Jaemin groaned as his boss simply grinned at him and left the shop. His boss knew he had early morning lectures the next day but that still didn't stop Johnny from giving him late hours. Jaemin waited for the customer to come pay for their items with a small pout on his face.
"Thank you for coming to Seo's, have a good night." he said monotonously.
"Thank you, have a good night too." Jaemin looked up at the slightly accented Korean to be met with a very handsome face. The man before him had a foreign look to him and despite probably being in his thirties was very good looking. The stranger smiled a little.
"Sorry about the accent, it's been years since I was last in Korea. I did grow up here, so I hope I haven't forgotten the language that much."
Jaemin simply nodded lightly and smiled a little.
"I understood fine sir, have a nice evening."
"Jaemin, I'm going to need you to cooperate here."
"What does 'cooperate' mean?"
"Not now Eric."
Hansol kept his eyes on the four year old in front of him who refused to move away from his seat in front of the window. The little boy was sitting cross legged with his arms crossed sassily pouting cutely.
"Jaemin." Hansol warned. "Do you really want me to take away your Ryan toy."
A gasp was heard but still no movement.
"Or maybe, I will give all your toys to the new babies in the nursery? How about that?"
That got him and Jaemin raced up from his seat to his bed which was covered in stuffed toys and dolls. Jaemin protectively lay on top of his toys shaking his head.
"You can't take them away!" Jaemin whined.
"Hansol what's taking so long?"
Hansol turned to see Changmin poking his head through the doorway and when the younger noticed a four year old Jaemin still in his pajamas lying on his bed, he made an 'o' sound and left, taking Eric with him. Hansol sighed and moved to Jaemin's wardrobe. He pulled out the boy's new school uniform and laid it on the chair next to his bed. He then picked up the boy's pre-packed bag and put it on the chair as well.
"Jaemin, I know you don't want to go to school, but it's the first day! Anything could happen, and whether it be good or bad you will have Jeno, Renjun, Hyunjin, Sunwoo and Donghyuck to watch out for you, there is no way you will be alone."
A little huff was heard from the small boy, but Hansol could tell he was thinking about it. Finally after a few minutes of patient silence Jaemin finally climbed off his bed and took the uniform off of the chair. The four year old got changed painfully slowly, trying to show how much he didn't want to go and Hansol chuckled at his behaviour. Jaemin was always the most dramatic of the eight boys; besides Donghyuck who was just downright cheeky, and Sunwoo who was scared of everything.
When Jaemin was fully dressed, Hansol took his hand together and they walked down the stairs to where the other boys were waiting, albeit a little impatient.
