a love letter

I love how you make me let go of all the intrusive thoughts that bother me a little bit more when I'm not with you. I know I can be a lot at times, I'm sorry. It's just that sometimes I get scared and I feel like I have to act a certain way to not lose what we have.
Little things bother me. I get scared easily. I'm not saying you make it better because I don't want to put that kind of pressure on you, but sometimes you do help me with
understanding that part of myself. You've helped with making me feel less guilty when I express the anger and pain and talk about what's bothering me. And from here on,
I hope to do the same.
