Some books on wattpad that have twenty four million reads are ridiculously unrealistic... Like no offense to anyone here, I'm not saying normal "unrealistic" like I know teen fiction writers want to make their stories interesting, but I'm talking RIDICULOUS unrealisticness. Like to the point where I can't take the book seriously.
Awesomies, I just clicked on a twenty four million reads book, not naming the title, but here's the thing- There's a main character girl who has a boyfriend, who is the most popular guy at school. Let's call him Mr. Popular right now. XP. The first line was something like this:
"I am the most popular guy at school, any girl will want to be you right now." Like why in the world would MR. POPULAR know that he's most popular? XD I mean I know I'm not popular at school or anything, but I don't think the popular kids call themselves "popular".
Like have you ever seen a real boy say "I'm the most popular boy at school." ? I just found that ridiculous. XP My opinion. :P
Another thing is that I just saw this book, where the description is an alpha who says "Mine" and "Mate"and grabs the girl. I mean does he know how to talk normal? If a boy grabbed me and said those two words, he'd be knocked out cold in the matter of two seconds. XD XD XD What boy does that?
And the genre for that book is romance, it should be action, where the girl gives him a knee jerk reaction or something. XD I mean how CREEPY is that!!?? XD
I mean I know I'm not very good at writing myself, but I don't usually invent boys like this, they are so... creepy. XD
