Chapter 4 New Friends/The Dream

Darbys POV

I woke up the next morning to 5 texts.

Nialler x

"Goodmorning :)"

Zayn M.

"Wakey wakey lemon shakey, x"

Harreh >'.'<

"Hi there :D"

Boobear

"I want a rematch lol"

LIAM

"I hope you have a good day today (:"

I blushed a little, I had never gotten texts like that before. I got up and made some breakfast for Ashlin then I was off to work. The bakery wasn't that far from the house so I walked there. I passed by this little news stand and one of the magazines stuck out. I picked it up and Liam was on the front page. The headline said, "Liam spotted with a blue-eyed beauty." I couldn't help but giggle, I opened it up and that girl was me. I couldn't believe I was in a magazine and they actually didn't say bad things about us. They said things like "They would make a cute couple." and stuff like that.

I was almost done with my shift when I got a text.

Harreh >'.'<

"Hey are you free right now?"

Me

"No I'm expensive all the time lol."

Harreh >'.'<

"Haha funny, I meant would you like to hang out?"

Me

"Sure I'm almost done with my shift, where do you want to meet at?"

Harreh >'.'<

"The park?"

Me

"Sounds like a plan, I'll be there in 20."

Harreh >'.'<

"K babe see you there."

Then I slid my phone back into my apron.

Work was finally over I went home and got the car then started driving to the park. I saw Harry sitting on a swing and I decided to join him. "Want to walk?" he asked.

"Sure."

Harry's POV

She looked so pretty, we started walking on a trail and I was going to take her somewhere. "Where are you taking my Styles?" she asked.

"You'll see when we get there." I lead her up this mini-mountain and then we were there. "Here we are." I gestured to an open meadow that was full of beautiful flowers. It has a big weeping willow in the center and there were butterflies and dragonflies flying everywhere.

"This place is gorgeous, how did you find it?" she asked while still in awe.

"I used to come here when I was little. My mom took me here when I was sad."

"Aww, that's so sweet. What's that?" she asked pointing under the tree.

"It's a little picnick that I set up. Do you like it?" I asked hesitantly.

"Harry its beautiful, I love it." then she hugged me. Her hugs were always so warm. We sat down and I pulled out some sandwiches and some juice boxes. I started asking her questions about well everything. I found out that her favorite color is purple, she has one brother. She plays piano, guitar, drums, and French Horn. She speaks sign language, French, and Spanish. She plays lacrosse, football, tennis, and basketball. She is also a singer and a dancer.

This girl just seemed to perfect. It started getting a bit cold so she snuggled up to me and I put my arm around her. I wanted to tell her how I felt, but I don't think she would feel the same way. She looked up at me with those innocent blue eyes and said, "Thank you for today, it was amazing."

Darby's POV

I could stare into those pools of emerald all day, "Thank you for today, it was amazing." I told him. He started leaning in to kiss me, and I was doing the same. Then right before our lips touched I turned away. "We should probably get back. It's getting kinda late." I said looking away.

"Yeah, we probably should." he said, his face was flushed. I could hear how hurt he was.

We drove in silence. We took my car since Louis dropped Harry off there. I pulled into his driveway. I got out of the car and gave him a hug. "Today was very nice Harry, thank you." I whispered into his neck. I kissed him on the cheek, "Bye, I'll talk to you later." I said while getting in my car.

Harry's POV

I couldn't believe that she didn't kiss me. She leaned in too, just to turn away. I had just met this girl and I was already head over heels for her. I think that I ruined my chances to ever be with her."So did your plan work?" Louis asked when I walked in.

"No, I went in for a kiss and she turned away."

"Ouch, well maybe it's for the best."

"You're just saying that because you want her too." I scolded him.

"That's not why I said that man."

I didn't want to listen to him anymore. I just sobbed quietly into my pillow and fell asleep.

Darby's POV

Why did he try to kiss me. Why did I try to kiss him, I had only just met the guy. I changed out of my clothes and went to sleep, confused and tired. I had an odd dream that night.

I was sitting in a garden picking flowers. "I love you." someone said from behind me. Then I felt hands on my waist and I was turned around. I couldn't see who it was because it was too dark, then his lips crashed into mine. I felt shivers going through my body. He layed me down on the garden and started taking my shirt off. I started tugging at his shirt and I got it off. He slipped one hand under me and unclipped my bra. He kissed my shoulder and pushed my bra off. He was nibbling on my neck and found my sweet spot, I let out a moan and I arched my back. I started to tug at his pants. Things were getting hot and we ended up in a bed and naked together.

"I love you." I managed to get out in between breaths.
