Time flies its lunch time. Finally, my brain felt tired I don't know why and I felt like its Friday already. Why do we have school on Mondays again? Anyways Faye and I ate our lunch as she talks about her weekend.
"So, how's your date?" Faye asked with that little smirk of hers. She clearly knows that it is not a date and I just helped at the booth and I just spent the rest of the day with Liam. So clearly it is not a date.
"Not a date." I told her. "Just spent the day with a friend Faye" dragging the 'a' on her name as I fed myself with my lunch.
"With your boyfriend." She replied still that smirk on her face.
"Boy friend. Guy friend." I answered her with a glare and emphasizing on 'friend'. She just chuckled.
"Oh-kay. If he is just a friend, why is he looking at you? Not looking. Staring actually with that cute smile on his face." She stated as a fact. She was sitting opposite me and tilted her head to the left to point where Liam is sitting together with his friends. "Don't look now."
Remember when someone says don't do that or don't do this, you are actually going to do that. Of course I can someone's eyes on me. Every girl can sense that. I never expected it to be Liam. So me being a normal person, tempted and curious, I turned my head to my right and saw Liam smiling at me and nodded. In return I nodded and smiled also to be polite, I think?
"I told you to don't look!" Faye exclaimed being her dramatic self and laughed.
"I was curious! Who wouldn't do that! You told me not to look but of course I was going to look!" I whisper yelled at her.
"So?" She asked.
"So what?"
"So what?" She mocked me.
"We're friends. We had a great time." I told her.
"That's all? No moves?"
"Nope. I told you. Friends."
"You are so naive my darling bestfriend." She encountered.
"Me? Naive? What do you mean?"
"How many times do I have to tell you that Liam likes you!"
"Million times. But no. He is just my friend."
"You don't see it do you?"
"I don't because there's nothing to see."
"Bet you that Liam do likes you."
"No he doesn't."
"Yes he does."
"Does."
"Doesn't"
"Does like you."
"Doesn't"
"Does. Like. You."
"Do. Not."
"Does. Like-" We are like children. This is Faye, who doesn't back down. And I don't also. We can do this forever until the bell rang.
"Okay. Don't wait until the day I will tell you 'I told you so'. He treats you differently among other girls. I'm your bestfriend. I can see what you can't see. We are each others halves remember?" I chuckled at that. Yes. We are like twin sisters. "Just open your eyes, heart and mind. I know you don't have time for relationship but it might help you to be yourself more. And to know that not all boys are like Alex. Liam is different you must know that because you both are close friends." She says
"Of course I know that. Liam is Liam. But I don't know. I don't understand sometimes if I do want what I want. Its just that I don't want to be awkward with him if and only if you are right that he likes which is not." I told her as we make our way to our class together.
I felt someone's arm on my shoulders and saw him on my right. "Hi girls. 'Sup?"
