This sounds exactly like the various communities spread across the world, one of which I was born in.

This honestly makes me think not only if the knowledge and secrets the community does their best to keep (as far as I know anyway) but, also, as I think of it, some kind of 'royal education' for lack of a better term and the reason for the second one is that my grandfather on my dad's side is the leader of the community there and I'm the leader of my pack.
Basically, from the way things look, it almost sounds like my grandfather may have died (I knew it would happen, I've had visions, but I'd hoped it would be after I saw him again) and it's possible that, with my dad missing again and possibly dead (I hope he isn't but you never know), I'm supposed to take over and put that community under the protection of my pack but I'm not 100% certain, it's just a thought I had based on what I read.
