Chapter 2

Chapter Title: I have no idea tbh

Thomas' P.O.V (betcha didn't see that coming)

I walk down the street to Aphmau's house since she asked me to go over there. I wonder why she wanted me to come over here. After all, she always wants to come over to my house. I guess she decided to switch it up. Honestly, I'm kinda glad she asked me to come over. I really need to get out the house. After all that's happened, it's good to get out the house.

I walk up to the front door of Aphmau's house and knock. Not even a minute goes by before the door swings open and I am greeted by Aphmau. "TOMMY!" Aphmau cheered.

"Hey Aphie! How are you?" I ask her.

"I'm good! Come in!" Aph said, moving out the way so I can get in.
As I walked inside, Aphmau closed the door and led me to the living room. We sat on the couch quietly.

"So how are you?" Aphmau asked.

"Eh, could be better. Life's been tough ever since Shell pasted. My parents aren't taking the news well." I say sadly.

Aphmau frowned. "Oh no..." She said, quietly.
"Yeah... My mom doesn't talk to anyone but me anymore. The bubbly happy woman became very...," I sighed before continuing my sentence. "very depressed. My dad on the other hand became more hostile towards others. Anytime someone mentions Shelly or guns, he'd get very defensive." I explain.

"And he has a right to." Aphmau said. I nodded in agreement.
Soon silence filled the room and to be honest, it was comforting. I guess it's because of Aphmau. She always makes these things seem way better.

Aphmau's P.O.V

After a few minutes of silence, I decided to continuing talking.
"So..." I start, catching Thomas' attention.

"So.... WAIT! I meant to tell you that my parents actually want to see again. They miss you." Thomas says, moving closer to me and giving me a hug. I blush madly and giggled.

"Why would they want to see me?" I ask Thomas.

"Well, they say that your smile could make them feel better." He says. "It's true. Your smile is very beautiful and comforting. Especially during these times. Your company is very much needed right now." Tommy says. My face continued to get redder by the compliment Thomas gave me. Thomas continued to hug me, and I hugged back.

"Awh thank you, Tommy." I say. Thomas' face turned red, but it wasn't noticeable because of his dark skin.

"What is going on here?" Katelyn asked. I pushed Thomas off of me and moved away from him.

"Nothing. We're just talking about me going to visit Thomas' parents Thursday." I say, shocking both Katelyn and Thomas.

"Wait, really?!" Thomas says excitedly. I nod my head and turn back to Katelyn.

"But the gang and I planned something on Thursday." Katelyn mumbled.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe we can all hang out on Saturday?" I suggested. Katelyn sighed and pulled out her phone.

"Fine... I'll just text the group about it. Have fun. And also, I ate your hot pocket Aph." Katelyn says walking away.

"Hey!" I yell, just getting a laugh in response. Thomas just chuckled at us. I roll my eyes and stood up, Thomas following suit.

"Anyways, want to get some Olive Garden?" Thomas asked. I basically jumped up and down at the question.

"YASSSSS!"  I yell. I grabbed my shoes and ran out the door.

"HEY, WAIT FOR ME!" Thomas called out after me. I turned around and saw Thomas running after me. I laughed at my friend and continued to run away.

Aaron's P.O.V

I stare out the window in boredom. That's when I heard laughing and yelling coming from outside. I raise and eyebrow in confusion as I see Aphmau run past my house without shoes on. I see a familiar dark skin male struggling to keep up with her.

"Thomas? Was he at Aph's house?" I ask myself. That's a dumb fucking question Aaron. Of course he was! He doesn't hang out with any of us except for Aphmau. Ever since we let Thomas hang with us, Aphmau and him been hanging out with each other a lot more. I guess that's what best friends do .

I wonder if she likes him. Because it's clear that Thomas likes her.
I heard my phone go off so I decided to check it.

Katelyn: Aphmau is hanging out with Thomas and his family on Thursday... She isn't coming with us....

HOLY SHIT this is a short chapter. I written more than this but it got deleted and I couldn't remember all I wrote. So yee. I'm sorry the the hella short chapter😅.
