ava's pov:
when mattia dropped me off I thanked him and gave him hug. I left the car and the walked into my house. i was lowkey hungry so I went into the kitchen getting a granola bar. my mom wasn't home so that meant I had to make myself some dinner tonight. After I ate I went upstairs and changed into my workout clothes:

I put my hair up in a bun and then went downstairs to get my water bottle. Once I had everything I put in my AirPods and started playing my music. I walked outside and started walking to the park. the park wasn't that far from my house so it was a short walk. once I got there I started running some laps. take in my that this park was big so I knew I was gonna be exhausted. after I ran i started doing some soccer warmups and stretches. then I did some soccer drills and practiced. while I was practicing I saw mattia running. i just continued doing my stuff. after I finished I was walking over to a bench so I could sit and catch my breath. I sat down and mattia shortly came and sat down next to me.
ava:hi tiaaa i didn't know you were coming here today
mattia:heyy ava,yea I came to practice for soccer and stuff
ava:oh yea same I just finished my practice I was about go run some more laps around the neighborhood
mattia:mind if I join you?
ava:yea sure let's go
we both get up and start running. I was obviously I was in the lead and he was following.
ava:come on mattia if you wanna make the soccer time you better get running
mattia laughed behind.
we kept running for a little while until we got to our neighborhood. we started walking back to our houses. once we got to our houses we said bye.
mattia:bye avaa thanks for letting my crash your workout session
ava:it's alright I kinda needed a workout buddy
we both laugh
ava:alright I have to go byeee tiaa I'll see you later
mattia:for sure, byee
we waved at each other and then walked into our houses.

when I got home I decided to post on my spam on insta.

ava's pov:
it was 5:30 so that meant I still had time until I had to make dinner. I ran upstairs and took a shower because I sweating like crazy. I picked out some niek pro shorts and a oversized shirt. after I took a shower I brushed through my hair and dried it a bit. after I put some lotion on my body and then went downstairs to go make myself some dinner. I liked through the fridge looking for something to make. I decided to make myself some spaghetti. So I boiled some water and then put the noddles in it. while I was waiting for my noodles to be cooked it just sat on the counter looking through Instagram. while I was scrolling i came across mattias spam accounts. he had a new post. I looked at the caption which read:I'm big simpin. I didn't think much of it and continued scrolling through my phone. after my noddles we're ready I put them in another bowl and but pasta sauce. I mixed it around and then put it in two bowls for me and my mom. I then out cheese on my mines and then covered my moms with something so I wouldn't get cold. I made sure the stove was off and then grabbed my food and went upstairs into my room.
