ava's pov:
eventually the food came and we all ate. once we finished we all went to go do our own things. I went upstairs and changed into some shorts and a random shirt I packed. I grabbed my phone and sat on the bed. I scrolled through my phone and tiktok. I saw a couple new dances so I decided to do some. I made a couple tiktoks and posted them. i sat back on the bed and watched some Netflix off my phone. it was now 4pm and mattia came into the room. he got onto the bed and cuddled with me.
mattia:hey princess
ava:hii
mattia:what are you watching?
ava:new girl on Netflix
mattia:ouuu
I moved the phone so he could see too. we watched a couple episodes before my phone needed to be charged. I put it on charge and checked the time. 5:45pm....15 more minutes.
me and mattia decided to make some tiktoks on his phone. 15 minutes passed and we all went downstairs. we sat in the living room and took out our phones.
ava:okay ready guys
everyone nodded and opened their emails.

"congratulations ava rose, you have been accepted into Willow Brook College!" I read and I smiled as I read through the rest of the email.
ava:omggg!
Alejandro:WE DID IT!
he yelled and we all were cheering until we noticed mattia wasn't joining in. we had FaceTimed Jackson and Jason as well so they were congratulating us.

Jackson:I'm so happy for you guys! It sucks I didn't apply for willow brooke so I won't be wiht you
he said. we all thanked him and looked over to mattia.
mattia:I didn't get in
he sighed. I looked at the others and we all had the same sad expression.
kai:mat-
mattia:I'm happy for you guys, I really am. you all deserve it
he said trying to hide the fact he was hurt.
ava:what did you get in?
mattia:queen's university
he said
Jackson:wait for real? that's where I'm going
he said and mattia smiled.
mattia:well that's something
He said and mattia and Jackson smiled.
kairi:but isn't that like 2 hours away?
kai said and everyone looked at me.
Jackson:yeah basically
ava:oh
I said and mattia looked at me but I pretended not to notice. I didn't expect that,  what the fuck are we gonna do. the rest of the night we all just chilled, but I could tell mattia wasn't happy and he knew I wasn't happy either. it was around 10pm and I decided to go to bed. I said goodnight to everyone and gave mattia and kiss before heading upstairs. I got the room and told my mom what college I got accepted into to. she congratulated me and I thanked her. I said goodnight and headed to bed.

-SKIP 2 DAYS, your leaving the beach house today-
I woke up and saw a sleepy mattia. I smiled and turned to my side so I could cuddle into his chest. a couple minutes later he started to wake up.
mattia:morning baby
he said in his raspy morning voice.

i said smiling back. we talked for a bit, both of us not bringing up the whole college situation. we got out of bed and started getting ready for the day. after I took a shower I changed into:

I did everything I do in the morning and headed downstairs to eat some breakfast. I got some cereal and sat outside. no one was up yet so I enjoyed the silence and nice weather outside. eventually mattia came down and he ate his breakfast sitting next to me. as we ate we talked but still didn't bring up the college stuff. I know we were both not ready to talk about it so I just left it. the others came down and we all ate breakfast and talked. we planned on leaving around 12pm so we had a couple hours left. I cleaned the dishes and the group and I decided to go on a walk. we all grabbed our stuff and walked out of the house. there was a park nearby so we decided to walk to the park....
