ava's pov:
??:why'd you leave??
mattia:i had to check in y/n
after he said that I heard some mumbling. I heard the door close and mattia came and sat back in the bed.
ava:who was that?
mattia:cynthia was asking why I left
mattia:do you want me to stay?
I could tell he wanted to leave.
ava:no it's fine you can go
he looked at me for a minute before saying bye and leaving.
about 20 minutes later I got a text from Alex. he was asking where I was and I told him I was in my room. 10 minutes later I heard another knock on the door. I got out of bed and opened. when I opened the door I saw Alex standing there.
Alex:why aren't you hanging out with everyone?
ava:I don't feel like going
I moved out the way so he could come in.
ava:why aren't you there
Alex:it was getting boring so I came to find you
ava:what about des and carlos
Alex:there hanging out with there other friends and I didn't wanna invade
I nodded understanding.
he grabbed my hands playfully and says
Alex:come on let's go somewhere
ava:it better not be the party
Alex:it's not trust me on that one
while he was dragging me out the room I only managed to grab my keys leaving my phone on the bed. we walked out the hotel. it was night so it was dark but the lights and stars were sparkling. we kept walking till we got to this cliff by the sea.
ava:where are we?
Alex:my mom would way take me here when we were in vacation when i was younger
ava:ohhh it's pretty
Alex:I know
he laughed we sat down on the edge of the cliff,with our feet dangling.
Alex:now do you wanna tell me why your upset
ava:I'm not upset
Alex:bullshit
I rolled my eyes but i gave in.
ava:okay,I was in a bad mood because of cynthia
Alex:cynthia!? the girl who keeps talking to mattia and won't shut up
I giggled at his comment
Alex:what did she do?
I explained to him the whole story with everything she's done in the past two days. and he eyes went wide when I finished.
Alex:she's just jealous that your mattias girl and she isn't
ava:it's soooo disrespectful she literally knows we're dating so why is she even trying
Alex nodded agreeing to me
Alex:avaaaa
ava:yes?
Alex:I need your help
ava:ouuu kk
Alex:so there's this girl name Lauren that I really like but I don't know how to ask her out? like I've took her to prom already but I wanna take her on a date soon"
ava:ohhh okayyy, so when your ready just tell her how great everything is and just tell her how great she is. and then ask her
Alex:damn alright thanks
ava:yea no problem
while we were talking Alex checked his phone and it was almost 3am. we decided to get back to the hotel. we got up and walked back. he walked me up to my room and I said bye to him. I unlocked the door and walked into the room shutting the door behind me. I look over to the bed and see mattia sitting there with the lamp on. he looked up and saw me but I walked into the bathroom to change but he followed me.
mattia:where were you?!
ava:I was with Alex calm down
I said while taking my makeup off.
mattia:I thought you wanted to be alone
ava:no actually, I didn't but you obviously wanted to go and so did your little friend so I let you
mattia:so you just randomly left with Alex? instead of asking me to stay or at least texting me to let me know where you were
ava:why would I ask you to stay when I could clearly tell you wanted to go. Alex was bored so he came here and when we left I forgot to grab my phone, why do you care so much?
I snapped and he looked at me
mattia:I care because I didn't know where my girlfriend was at 3 in the morning!
ava:I told you I forget my phone, what would you like to do about it?
he just shook his head and left. I stayed in the bathroom doing my night routine. I quickly changed and got into bed facing away from him.
