The ½ & ½ Girl

"Look at her stupid quirk!" One kid mocked as the girl walked to the first floor.

"I bet she will be a villain!" Another whispered as she entered the office.

"Her quirk did make her the target for bullies." One teacher sympathized while she waited for the principal.

"We as a school don't want to make bold accusations but do you see her last name? She will be like the villain, KopyKat. We have no place for her here. She has been hereby expelled." a school administrator tells her guardians.

Stupid.
Villain.
Bullies.
Villain.
Unwanted.
Villain.
Worthless.
VILLAIN!

These are just a few of the words a teenager should never be subjected to, let alone one as innocent as Hannei Tsukikage. 

This was the 2nd school in a 3 month period. 

Her father, the brainwashing Pro-Hero Mind Wiper, his sidekick & lover, Hannei's mother. She was another hero going by the nickname Illusiona, they both looked down at the young girl who was as silent and as stiff as a rod. She was only trying to show off her quirk, not get expelled.

"What exactly happened?" Her father asked as the administrator spoke.

"She was caught messing with the shadows of another student and causing physical harm. Then when she went to the toilets, she messed with the reflection of another girl and caused her injury. " The woman stated but Hannei wanted to defend herself, no matter the repercussions.

"That's not true. I told you that I was bullied into it and you did nothing about it! I reported it to the teachers too." The young girl cried out as her father's sudden steely eyes locked on hers and she was frozen.

'Oh no, father's quirk.' She thought as she was frozen solid.

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for tolerating her for so long. We will take her with us immediately." Mindwiper said as he grabs his daughter and leaves with his wife.

"Hannei, this is your 3rd strike. You must have a punishment." Her father said once they got home as she nodded. "You will remain indoors while your mother and I finish patrol then we will discuss your punishment."

"Yes Father" Hannei had bowed her head as he left the room but her mother stayed behind.

"Hannei, what happened?" Illusiona asked as she sat beside her daughter on the bed.

"Nakamura and Ito started a rumor that I was going to be a villain all because I was showing the younger kids my mirror quirk on how I can look like them. Then Sato pushed me into a dark room with Yamamoto and I accidentally locked his shadow with the others." The young girl said as she took a tissue from her mother.

"Then?" Illusiona pressed

"I ran to the toilet to wash my face when Suzuki and Kato started to make fun of me. I was just so angry that I grabbed their reflections and scratched them. I am so sorry Mom." The girl choked as the heroine hugged her daughter.

"It's okay sweetheart." She whispers to the crying girl.

"Why couldn't I have a quirk like you and Father? Why do I have this?" She cries as her mother wipes her tears.

"Your quirk is what makes you unique, never forget that, Hannei. I got to go back on Patrol. I will talk to your father about another school." Was all she said as she kissed her forehead and left the room. 

'Makes me unique, yeah right.' Hannei thought as she pulled out her phone and started to listen to music until she got a text from her next door neighbor and best friend, Hitoshi Shinso. She swore, he was the only one who got her.

Sleepy😴: Hey! I heard from someone at your school that you got expelled for something you didn't do. Is it true?

She couldn't help but smile at how quick he was to check on her.

***Kitty🐈 changed their name to Expelled Girl😵***

Sleepy😴: 😑

Sleepy😴: Hannei, what happened? Was it those bullies again? I swear, I will brainwash them into the deep end of the pool.

Kitty🐈: 🙄 No Toshi, you want to be a Hero. No Villainy. They just want to get under my skin. I just wish I could get into the U.A. Academy already 😫

Sleepy😴: Gotta get through Middle School first. Only school left is the one I go to. I think with your grades, you may be with me in class.

Kitty🐈: Nabu Middle School? I thought it was a private school.

Sleepy😴: No, it's public and I think my mom may convince your parents since I don't really have any friends. She said when we met about 5 years ago, we were two shy kids. Who would have thought we bond over cats?

Kitty🐈: Yeah, you also protected me because of my unusual quirk. Did I ever thank you for that?

Kitty🐈: Hey, Toshi?

Sleepy😴: Yes Nei?

Kitty🐈: Think we will always be friends?

Sleepy😴: How many times have I covered you for lunch in elementary?

Kitty🐈: HEY! Your Bento always tasted better!

Sleepy😴: But always right?

Kitty🐈: Yeah?

Sleepy😴: Then you just answered your own question, idiot 😑😑😑

Kitty🐈: You are such a Tsundere!

Sleepy😴: Yeah yeah yeah but you love me.

He was right though. He was her best since they were 9 years old but he was the only one her age that didn’t see her quirk. But then again, they said his quirk made him a villain too since his quirk was Brainwashing. She met his mom that first day, she was so kind that she shows up to parent/teacher conferences when her parents couldn’t as she was the girl's emergency contact. 

Sleepy😴: Hannei, Mom wants to know if you want Yakisoba for dinner or if you want Katsudon? Your parents are working late again as another villain attacked again.

Hannei was used to being alone but she was excited to see what was being made by her best friend's mom.

Kitty🐈:Yakisoba?! Is your Mom making it homemade?!

Sleepy😴: Mom said anything for her favorite girl. She is also making Gyozas, and Chicken Katsudon because it seems that she is packing our lunches for school tomorrow. Looks like you and I will be attending school together 🥱

Kitty🐈: Tell your mom I will tend to the dishes tonight and I will even make sure to behave tomorrow. Thank you both so much 🥰

Sleepy😴: You are my best friend. I will do anything for you, Hannei.

Hannei got off the phone and was excited for the next chapter in her life and this time. He was with her best friend.
