Chapter twenty-seven.

‘So where exactly is Calum?’ I asked Rowan when we both finished our breakfast. 

She smiled and gave me an envelope ‘I can’t tell you, you have to find him yourself.’ 

I quickly opened the envelope, there was a map and again a small sticky note. This time the note had a yellow color. 

‘You’ll need the map to find Calpal, I see you soon beautiful x Ash’ I read out loud. 

Rowan giggled and helped me to open the map ‘It took him a long time planning all of this but I can already see that it was totally worth it,’ she said with a smile. 

We looked at the map, Ashton had used a black marker to show me where the hotel was and with a red marker he dawned a line to where I had to go. It wasn’t far from here and when I wrote down some directions on my phone I closed the map and gave it back to Rowan. 

‘I think I know where to find Cal, I guess you’re not coming with me?’ 

She shook her head and pulled me into a hug ‘Have fun girl, find that boy!’ 

I laughed and waved at her as I made my way to the exit. It didn’t take me long to find Calum, he was leaning against a tree with a lazy smile on his face.

‘That was fast, Rowan just texted me that you left the hotel,’ he chuckled. 

I shrugged and smiled at him ‘The map did his work, so what now?’ I asked curiously. 

He grinned and pointed towards a tandem, it was a bike for two people but there was only one steering wheel. 

I looked at Calum with big eyes ‘We have to..?’ 

He nodded and did his best not to laugh while he gave me another envelope. Inside there was a card with a picture of the park not far from here. I remember that Rowan had told me that Luke and her went there after their date. At the back of the card there was a green sticky note that said: Find Michael, see you soon (: X Ash

‘He says see you soon a lot,’ I mumbled causing Calum to laugh again. 

‘Come on, let’s find Michael, the sooner you’ll be with Ash,’ he winked. 

We walked towards the tandem ‘Who’s going on the front?’ I asked. 

Calum pointed to himself ‘If you trust me then I’ll go cause I know the way.’ 

I looked at him for a few seconds before I nodded ‘Okay, let’s do this!’ 

We stepped on the bike and after we struggled for a while to find balance we finally managed to do it. It was a bit scary but when we cycled for a while I started to get used to the fact that I couldn’t do much except pedal. I did trust Calum and we actually had a lot of fun along the way, we sang some stupid songs and laughed when we almost lost our balance.

‘We’re here,’ Cal said after a while and giggling we managed to get of the bike.

‘Well that was fun, thanks Cal’ I said with a smile.

He laughed and pressed a kiss on my forehead ‘No problem Ali, you’ll have to thank Ash for all of this. Also there’s a lot more fun to come,’ he said with a wink. 

‘I never enjoyed a surprise as much as this one, Ash knows what he is doing,’ I chuckled. 

Calum smiled and slowly started to push me to the entrance of the park ‘Then I’m very curious what you’ll think of Mike’s surprise.’ 

I found Michael in a skate park, he was the only one there and he already had some roller skates on his feet. When he saw me he grabbed another pair of skates and rolled towards me. 

‘Are you ready for some skating Ali?’ He asked happily. 

I nodded, getting all excited again. I always loved skating as a kid and just as climbing it was a long time ago since I’ve done it. 

Michael stopped in front of me and handed me another envelope. This time the sticky note was yellow and I giggled when I saw what Ash had written: By now you probably know how it works, you have to find Luke next (; Have fun roller skating Ali, I know you always loves that! See you soon X Ash. 

I sat down on a bench and switched my boots for the roller skates. Michael had a bag with him so we could take my shoes with us. 

‘Do you know where Luke is?’ I asked Michael when I slowly started moving my feet. 

He grinned and nodded ‘At the other end of the park, so we have some skating to do.’ 

I smiled and followed him ‘You’re quite good at this,’ I complimented him when we skated next to each other. 

‘So are you, we should go ice skating with everyone this winter!’ Michael said with a smile. 

‘I’d like that! So mike.. You probably can’t tell me what I can expect from the rest of the date can you?’ 

He chuckled and shook his head ‘I can’t but are you enjoying yourself right now?’ 

I nodded with a big smile ‘I certainly am! This is amazing so far and I haven’t even seen Ash yet. I love how he’s been so creative with the notes and that he asked you guys to help.’ 

Michael grabbed my hand and squeezed it before dragging me with him to another direction. It almost made us fall but we managed to stay on our feet and laughing we continued skating. 

‘Dangerous Mike, you could have just said where we were going.’ 

His cheeks turned pink and chuckling I gave his hand a squeeze back before letting him go ‘We’re almost at the end of the park, do you know where lukey is?’ 

Michael didn’t say anything but when we came closer to the exit he pointed to something on the parking lot. I narrowed my eyes because I couldn’t really see what exactly he was pointing at but when I saw what it was my eyes widened. 

‘Is that Luke? With a golf cart?’ I asked in disbelief.

Michael laughed and skated towards the parking lot. I stared at his back for a while before following him, I couldn’t believe that Luke was here with a freaking golf cart. I definitely didn’t expect that. 

‘Good morning Ali,’ Luke greeted me, he had a big smile on his face and his blue eyes sparkled. 

They all loved this and I understood why. This was the weirdest yet most amazing date ever and like I said before, I hadn’t even seen Ash yet. 

Michael gave me back my boots and with the help of Luke I took off the roller skates. 

‘I don’t even know what to do or say anymore,’ I mumbled and both boys chuckled. 

Luke sat down behind the steering wheel ‘I wanted to pick you up with a white horse at first so I could bring you to your prince but Ash though a golf cart would make a fine horse too.’
