Nat's POV

-The plane for Los Angeles is leaving, please reach your gate as soon as possible- the voice from the speaker said.

I sighed while waiting for my turn to go on the plane.

I was alone and I couldn't wait to leave all behind.

Let me tell you very quickly what happened some hours before...

That day I wasn't feeling very well so I decided to stay home and not going to work.

I didn't tell James anything, I was sure he would have loved to find me home; it was a kind of surprise I can say.

I was in my room when I heard the entrance door open.

I was about to move when I heard some heels. Heels? That was impossible!

After a few seconds I heard the door closing and the sound of people kissing.

I stayed silent, I didn't know what to say or do.

Eventually I walked to the living room and in that moment my heart broke, like literally.

I saw James kissing another woman in my living room.

He probably thought I wouldn't have been home so he decided to bring her here.

-Nat...- he said noticing me.

I didn't say anything, I was too shocked.

The woman understood how things were going and left quickly before I could yell her something.

-Nat... It is not like how it looks like- James said.

-Oh really?! I just saw you kissing another woman in my living room! You swore that it was all finished! Let me guess, that bra I found months ago was hers right?- I said sighing and crying -How could I be so stupid!-.

I run back in our room, taking the luggage.

-What are you doing?!- James asked.

-I am leaving, I can't stay here anymore- I said putting my things in the luggage -I'll book a plane on the taxi-.

-Nat I...- James started but I interrupted him.

-No! Don't say you are sorry! Because if you would have been really sorry you would have left her after the first time! I really thought you were changing but you clearly aren't- I said.

Here we are, on a plane to Los Angeles.

I texted Steve and told him what happened; he yelled a lot but not to me, to James and he offered to host me until I would have found a new place where to stay.

Yelena and Carol were the angriest, I had to make they promise that they wouldn't have yelled at James but I was sure that they would have done it anyway.

It was the longest flight ever, I couldn't stop thinking about James and about what he did to me.

When I landed in Los Angeles I found Steve waiting for me.

He didn't say anything, we just hugged and I cried again.

-I'm sorry, you were right- I said.

-Shhh it's ok- he said -Let's go home-.
