"Good morning, little listeners!"

The smile on Izuku's face is small but confident and fond.

After his second entrance exam was finished, he was able to meet up with what seems to be his homeroom teacher.

He and Present Mic were able to sit down for a solid hour about cloud forms and then got into bees and their colonies when a bumblebee landed on Izuku's shoulder which lead to talking about flowers when he went to put the bee down on a bush filled with red spider lilies. They were only interrupted in their rambling when they were approached by Eraser Head himself.

"I know you're really delving into daisies and butterflies Hizashi, but could I have a moment with the kid?" He'd sounded tired and uninterested but Izuku just figured that was from the "battle" they just had and or possibly having a patrol shift last just to be dragged here unnecessarily.

Present Mic looked like he was going to say something along the lines of "no" but then apparently thought better of it. He nodded and then turned to Izuku to give him a big smile and told him, "I look forward to the next time we see each other! I still want to talk about those indoor gardening tricks you were talking about!" He turned, gave Eraser's shoulder a friendly pat and then made his way over to the small group of heroes that made up his "Exam Watch Squad" as he and Kacchan got to calling them after his written exam.

The two sized each other up for a moment once they were finally left alone. Izuku tried his damnedest not to let the fanboy inside him leak out and it looked like Eraser Head was struggling to keep his eyes open.

He was startled from his concentration when a deep sigh was released from the man standing, more like slouching, in front of him. "Alright, lets not dance around the subject. You've got talent kid. I'd like to work with you to make sure that talent doesn't get trampled over, like it was attempted too be when you applied for this school. I'll be honest. I didn't think you were really quirkless when I first saw all your exam results. They were beyond phenomenal and damn near perfect. I on the other hand knew you weren't cheating to get those results and think this entire day was a complete waste of time for everyone attending. There's entirely too many cameras and secret student testers for someone to cheat. Nezu is just in a pissing contest to keep his status even though it's completely unnecessary. You're like three years old, you're not taking his title any time soon." The eye roll that Eraser gives at that last comment has Izuku worried that the man was going to lose his eyes in the back of his head.

"Yeah, I'm sorry you and every one else was dragged into a day of extra testing just for me. I just refuse to be black balled from every single hero school and agency over an unjust and unfounded ruling. There's only so much leeway a quirkless person is given and I can't afford for more to be stacked against me. I won't go down without a fight." Izuku remains truthful with the man he's admired so much since his young childhood days. Eraser Head was the hero that was one of the only heroes out there that relied almost solely on his intellect and physical prowess. The man's quirk was literally "you don't have a quirk" that worked on the majority of quirk users. The only people it didn't work on were the ones that had physical or mutated quirks. Like that one guy he'd seen at his original exams that had multiple arms within a type of skinned webbing that held them together which was fascinating and Izuku had wondered if the guy could grow more than the ones that remained visible and what all the guy could do with his arms because he'd seen that he could replicate eyes and ears and even a mouth when he was talking to that one other kid then there was also that one kid that had-

"Still with me kid?" Eraser's head was cocked to the side and there was a note of intrigue and confusion in his eyes that traveled into the man's voice.
