I was just a human born in this world or just a blank slate,
Foreign about the environment and unacquainted to my fate,
As my consciousness unlocked I decided to get out of the box,
Mayhap I am gullible so, they make me believe by their coax.

That was how I was broken- my trust has been crumbled,
"They will only care for you to get what they needed." I mumbled.
I was left like an empty vessel whom everyone commiserated,
I'm still longing for the warmth which I'm always been eluded.

Happiness versus sadness, anger, frustration, and disappointment,
But they say it's the love that ignores them and gives contentment,
However, I can only hear that word alone, how does it feel?
I've read and listen to different stories, but I know they can't be real.

Until one by one, those people don't want to be referred as venals,
Thou thy made me feel mixed emotions and gave mixed signals,
They taught me feelings that are hard to be explained,
I'm not good with words but thank you for the love and the pain.
