            Emerald  was petrified when we reached her. To say Oliver was pissed seeing her sister at police station and of course Christian was whole another thing to be taken care of.

He holded her close to him as soon as he reached her. He was worried but said its all for the paps.

All this commotion led to one person I never thought of Annalisa,  I mean I knew the girl was evil but doing something like this to her own blood is beyond my beliefs. She said that Oliver was at the party and was drunk out of his mind hence she rushed to get Oliver to only learn that it was all a trap.

A drug party. She even went so low as to call police.

She left a message to her which clearly said  watch out for yourself,  new girl.

So she did take the new job of her tormenting me to a new level. Hurting Em so she could get me is so twisted.

" You love to cause chaos,  don't you? One and half month and already so much of drama gather around you? " His words were true though but his hands were clutching the steering wheels too hard.

He's still hung up on how Em was doing,  Oliver pitched to take her sister home and left me behind with Christin. Although he didn't mind dropping me his mind was stuck on Em.

" You love her,  don't you? " I retored back.

The car jerked stops. He looks at me ridiculously and then he starts to laugh loudly might I add.

" Me loving her,  what a joke! "

" I never said who. " he stops and gives me his best glare which I have gotten used to.

" Okay okay,  sorry. "

Soon I was in the comfort of my room,  doing homework. I missed work today and that'll surely effect my paycheck but being there for her was far more important to me.

" You need to be at a place tomorrow. It's a one day job as waitress for a high level meeting. Be ready at 6 to leave in the morning. You have to miss school. " and she leaves, throwing a bag at me.

Rolling my eyes I grab the bag to see a uniform and a card with address. Great.

I again made a damm mistake of agreeing to my mother without asking her anything.

The board in front of me said,  Heinrich Mansion and I know a certain Heinrich in this town.

Why I'm so cursed?

" You here for job? " I nod at the watchman who startled me.

" What ya lookin at gurl,  get in " I bowed my head and went in.

We just had to help them with food and cleaning around the house as many important people's were gathered up for the meeting. I successfully avoided Edward as he left for school and  was busy with the task at hand.

" How much of chaos is there. Huh!  My old legs are starting to pain now,  doing up and down. I can't even walk now. "  I learned Mrs. Melinda was the head maid here and was in charge of all of us. She was old enough to be my granny and Was a cheery motherly figure. She made sure we had some food in our system and did not wear heels while walking up stairs.

" I can go up if you want,  Mrs Melinda ?" I felt really bad for the lady.

" Oh deary , you aren't allowed up where I have to go. " I nod in understanding but then her eyes sparkles.

" But you're here for just half day maybe this once can do. Just go to the third floor and the door to the end of hallway. You just need to give this medicine and porridge there to the nurse. Can you do that?"

It sounds pretty easy so I said yes and made my way up.

We were strictly told not to look anyone in eyes.

The floor seemed deserted as if no one comes here. I felt walking in a horror movie it was so earnestly quiet here.

" Sign the damm paper, I didn't married you so that you can give all of your wealth to that God awful disrespectful child of yours! " that voice sounds so familiar.

I knew this was wrong and I should've just turned around and walk back to the enormous kitchen but something made me go further to have a look.

The sight made my heart drop few beats.

On wheelchair was a man who looked paralysed and in front of him was Edwards mom who had clutched his front of shirt and was slapping that man hard.

She's is heartless. That man didn't even flinched if he felt hurt. It must be hard on him.

" I should've just killed you when You signed that contract 6 years back. It was the biggest regret of my life. But don't worry I'll get this property no matter what. " saying she left his collar and I rushed off to hide behind the pillar.

Unknowingly a tear streaked down my left eye. Seeing the man silently crying as his eyes leaked tears but he couldn't call for a shoulder to lean on.
