Hit Start (Haunted)

Chapter 9

       The Angel

         "He'll be fine. He just has to have lots of rest." The doctor said. I was forced to be here even though I would rather be anywhere else. But Sarcasm dragged me here. I sighed. Sarcasm glared at me. I rolled my eyes.

        "I'm glad that he will be better." Sarcasm said. Her eyes looked damp like she was going to cry.

        "Well I should be going." The doctor said packing up his stuff. I nodded. He looked directly into my eyes. He was looking pretty closely, like he knew what I had done. After a few minutes of him just staring at me, I coughed and he then looked away.

        'That was weird.' I thought but I just shock it off. It didn't matter anyway. Then after he was done packing up his stuff, he left.

        "Well I should get going." Sarcasm said. She then waved and left. A silence fell over Karma and me.

        "Well I sho-"

        "Why did you stab me?" Karma interrupted. I was surprised for a minute. Then, after realizing that he was serious, I told him all about the. Once and how it lead to it. He looked surprised. I don't know why. It's not that weird.

        "Wow that's a lot. So what you're saying is that in another dimension, you kill me?" He asks. I nod my head, "Well that's not something I can see." He says still surprised.

        "Well it happened. Anyway I should get going." I say. I turn away and walk out before he could say anything. Once I got out I looked around to see if anyone had heard the conversation. When I saw no one I quickly ran to my room to make sure that no one could find out.

        Once I got there, I closed the door and flopped on the bed. I sighed as the bed dips. I look over at who it is. She was beautiful. She had short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Her white dress covered her feet. When she shifted and her dress lifted a bit, I could see that she was wearing white sandals. She was very pale for a human. On her back were very large white wings.

        "Who are you? And more of WHAT are you?" I ask emphasizing the what. She just looked at me strangely, like she didn't think that I would have seen her. Then after a few minutes, she smiles and speaks.

        "Hello. I am your guardian angel."

        'Why does this always happen to me?' I ask myself. The angel looks at me confused.

        "What's wrong?" She asks. I groan.

        "Nothing just that you show up. Before you some guy who looked like me said that he was me from another dimension. Then he made me stab someone. So why are you here?" I ask her. She looks shocked.

        "Well I tried to get here before him but it looks like I didn't." She says. I stare.

        "You knew he was coming?!" I half asked half yelled. She nodded, "And you didn't do anything?!"

        "Well I didn't think that he had already come. I thought he was going to be coming later than he did." She says. I sigh.

        "Well there's nothing that can be done now." I say.

        "There is something I can do." She says, calmly.

         "What's that?" I ask.

         "Well. I can help heal Karma." She says.

        "Fine. I don't care." I say, but really I didn't want anyone to find out that I was the one who stabbed him. 

        "Good. By tomorrow he will be better." She says, and I nod. Then she suddenly disappears. I sit there for a minute thinking about what has happened. Then I look over at the clock and realize that it is about 7o'clock at night.  So I packed everything up and got in to bed. I fell asleep very quickly.

        When I woke up, I went straight to where I knew Karma was. And, just like she said, there was Karma. He was walking out of the hospital and he was completely fine.

        "Oh your finally better?" I ask.

        Merry late Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sorry this is late. I went to go vist family and lets say that I had no time. Plus everyone got sick and I was one of the last. So that was a great Christmas present. Anyway, hope you had a good new years and Christmas. 

        Hopefully this year I can finish this story so please continue to read. Please maybe comment what your new years revolution is. And also if you accomplished you revolution for 2014. I don't remember mine so.
