       Voodoo Doll

"Yea. The doctor said that I was all better. He explained it as a miracle." He says happily. I bring a fake smile to my face.

"That's great. I'm glad your better." I say, while on the inside I'm wondering if this is all a big joke.

"I'm glad that I'm better also. Well I should get going. The doctor said that I should take it easy." He says walking towards his room. He suddenly turns around and waves at me with a smile on his face. I wave back, a fake smile still on my lips.

Once he's out of eye sight I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in. Then I turned and walked towards my room. I bumped into Sarcasm (unfortunately) on my way back.

"Hey what are you doing?" I ask her calmly.

"Well I was going to visit Karma." She says back, equally as calm.

"Did you not hear? He got out today." I said. Her eyes widened.

"I didn't hear about this." She says. I can hear the surprise in her voice. I can also tell that she's trying to cover it up.

"Yeah. I bumped into him earlier." I said.

"Oh. Why did you go?" She asks.

"I just wanted to see how he was doing." I lie. The look on her face says that she doesn't believe me but she then ignores it.

"Anyway, I should get going. See you later." She says walking away. I start walking back to my room. Once I get there I flop on my bed and start to think about what had just happened.

There was no way that she could have done this. Well there's no use worrying about it now.

So I go to look at the gardens. There were so many of them that I had only gotten through half of them. The one I was in now, had roses, orchids, lilies and many more. They were all different colors. I breathed in the smell of the flowers.

I saw a girl. She was holding a doll with needles sticking out of it. She looked alot like the doll. The were both wearing a gray dress with gray boots. They had long black hair that went up to there waist.

"Who are you?" I ask her. She looked up from her doll to look at me. I felt a little creeped out. She had a piercing gaze.

"My name is Voodoo. What is your's?"  She asks me.

"My name is Rei. What are you doing out here?" I ask as a big gush of wind came. Voodoo's hair didn't move where as mine went all over the place. She didn't look disturbed by the wind.

"I was just out here to look at the flowers." She said.

"Oh." I said then it fell silent. I felt as though she was taking this time to stare into my soul. Then she suddenly took out one of the needles in the doll and put it though the stomach. Then a few minutes later I felt a small pain in my stomach. I just ignore it, brushing it off.

"Anyway I should get g-." I started but then Voodoo fell. A branch had pierced her heart. I thought that she had died. I mean- who wouldn't think that. But after a few minutes of her just laying there in her own blood, she got up. When she got up, she was perfectly fine. I gaped at the sight.

"How are you still alive?!" I asked pretty loudly.

"What do you mean?" She asks cocking her head to one side.

"If that had happened to me, I would have died on the spot." I said.

Sorry for it taking so long for me to write this. I had Mid-terms this week so I had no time to write. Thank you for reading. Please vote and comment.
