"Mina?" Somi called for her best friend as both of them entered the lecture theater with the keys that they took it from the school office.

"Hmm?" Mina questioned as she switched on the lights and air conditioners so the students will be able to enjoy the cooling air since it was really hot in the summer. 

"So, who do you actually like?" Somi insinuated as she walked over towards the table and prepared the laptop and projector. 

"W-what do you mean?" Mina stammered as she turned towards her best friend who only raised an eyebrow towards her in return. 

"Who else am I talking about? Huening Kai and Hyunjin, duh." Somi shook her head before clucking her tongue. 

"I-It's c-complicated." Mina heaved a sigh as she walked towards the table and switched on the projector. 

Ever since Huening Kai had began to distance himself from her, she and Hyunjin were getting closer and closer. Everyone in their class could tell that both Hyunjin and Huening Kai were crushing on her and she would not know since she was buried with student council duties, homework and cocuriculum activities. 

Mina's feelings were all messed up as she was torn between Hyunjin and Huening Kai. Despite the fact that Hyunjin is known as the coldest yet one of the smartest people in the grade, he had been nothing from the rumours that she had heard- cold, merciless and would do anything to get what he wanted but nice and friendly to her. However, her forever crush, Huening Kai was the total opposite. He is known as the 'Sunshine Boy' in the grade with his sunny and bright personality. For some unknown reason, he had been quiet and cold towards her all of a sudden. Unlike in the past, where he would make efforts to make her laugh or cheer her up when she is stressed out. 

It was like someone had flipped a switch in him. 

At first, Mina thought that her attraction towards Hyunjin was mainly based on infatuation since he was doing cute actions that Huening Kai would use to do to cheer her up. As time passed by, the brown haired taller boy kept offering her many nice offers like lending her his notes when she misses lessons, buys her food or drink from the cafeteria when she was overwhelmed with duties and works and tutors her for free when she did not understand the lesson. Not to mention, they were also texting each other on a near daily basis where they would rant about their problems and worries over the phone. 

That was how when Mina knew that her feelings for Hyunjin were not infatuation anymore but a blossoming crush. 

"I-I don't k-know, C-Crystal." Mina sighed, looking down as Somi nodded with a small smile on her face before patting on her shoulder.

"It's okay. We always might bump into little hills sometimes. I used to be confused about my feelings for Taehyun too, y' know. Look, where both of us are now. Sweet and happy." Somi smiled reassuringly.

"Thanks for the kind words, Crys. I really do not know what to do without you." Mina sighed as she opened her hands out for a hug.

"Anytime, Mina. If you are still confused, you're free to come to my house and we will need to have another sleepover along with Akira." Somi said, chuckled just as the bell rang.

"Time to wait for them to come in then." Mina said as Somi nodded her head and smiled just as the PA system in the school began to have static sound before allowing Chan's voice to be heard for his announcement.

As the mentioned students were filing into the lecture theatre, all of them began to grumble and thought that it was literally a waste of time, since it was delaying their freedom that they were aching for after the tough examinations.
