Chapter 2 - Welcome

• Deku's POV •
I slowly opened my eyes to be met with a blinding light. I instantly closed my eyes again shielding myself from it's ray, I lifted my arm to help. After a minute or two I slowly force myself to a sitting position and attempt to open my eyes once again.

'Where am I?' I thought as I took note of the white hospital like sheets underneath me. I lifted my head and looked around. That's when I felt something tug on my left arm. I turned my head to my left and saw a quirk cancelling handcuff on my wrist tying me to the bed frame. 'Yeah, cause that's really going to make a difference!'  I thought as a smirk slowly grew on my face. As I snapped out of my thoughts, I heard a small ruffle coming from nearby me.

"Where, where are we?" A small voice from my left said. I recognised the voice as Toga's and looked up to be met with her confused gaze from her.

"I have no idea" I replied looking over to her left arm and seeing that she to has a quirk cancelling cuff on her wrist.

"Ha, so they got you two ones as well?" Another familiar voice beside me said.

"Yeah guess so, though i'm not quite sure why I have one?" I replied glancing up to meet the tired eyes of Dabi, who had been lying on his bed.

"Well, it is said that you may have a quirk according to witnesses so, maybe it's just a precaution?"

"Maybe"

An awkward silence filled the room as we all tried to come up with a way go get these cuffs off. As we were thinking the door started to open distracting us from our ponders, but as we glanced up no-one actually saw who had opened it.

"Down here" A voice spoke from below where we were looking. As I looked down to the owner of the voice. I saw a weird mouse, bear like creature. I wasn't quite sure what species or animal it was but I knew who the small creature it.

"Hello young villains, I am Nezu, principal of UA High. Me and detective Naomasa Tsukauchi have come to ask some questions. We ask that you answer all of them truthfully" He started walking over to the chairs opposite of our beds.

"Ask away~" Toga stated no doubt dreaming of what the small creature looked like covered in blood and stab wounds.

"Detective if you may" Nezu started motioning for the detective to sit down.

• Tsukauchi's POV •
'They're chained up Naomusa, they're chained up!'  I repeated to myself as I slowly walked to the seat beside Nezu. I made sure to not let a scared expression take form on my face instead replacing it with a straight smile.

I sat down and brought out the documents containing the questions for the small group of villains to answer.

"I'm going to read out the information we have on your records and I would like you to make sure it's all correct." I looked up to the villains and caught a small nod from them. "Ok, first Toga:
Name: Himiko Toga
Alias: Toga
Quirk: Doppelganger
Quirk information: After consuming a blood from someone, Toga is able to take on the form of the owner of said blood. She can recreate voice, height and personality. The transformations duration is based on how much blood is consumed by her.
Relatives: Mother - Alive, Farther - Alive
Kill count: 187
Additional information: Toga went missing on the 14th of May 10 years ago. Her mother was see  with her before she was left at the park. She has been seen twice since the disappearance attacking civilians for blood.

Is this all correct?" I asked looking up to the young teen.

"Yep~" She replied followed by a wicked smile.

"Okay next, Dabi:
Name: Unknown
Alias: Dabi
Quirk: Cremation
Quirk information: Dabi's quirk allows him to manifest blue flames. These flames will usually come from his hands but sometimes end up consuming his body during fights.
Relatives: Unknown
Kill count: 265
Additional information: Dabi is usually seen with what look like burnt clothes. There isn't anyone aware of his actual identity, and he is usually sighted with the league. Some believe that he gained his burn scars from previous battles. No other information is known about him.

Is this all correct?" I asked, shaking off the shiver from the recorded amount of kills documented on the shirt in front of me.

"Yeah..." Was all I got in return. I made a small note next to his name stating he was obviously uncomfortable about something on his record. I switched to the next page, the one I was the most scared of reading out. The file of the last villain known as 'The Knife Killer'. "Okay, now um Midoriya,

Name: Izuku Midoriya
Alias: The Knife Killer (Or Deku)
Quirk: According do doctors reports he is quirkless but is thought to have a quirk related to knife handling or creation/suspected of being a late bloomer.
Relatives: Mother - deceased, Farther - Status is not stated neither is location, Sister - unknown status and whereabouts are also unknown (Thought to be dead)
Kill count: 894
Additional information: Izuku Midoriya went missing 6 years ago at the age 10, after the death of his mother. His mother died during a house break in where she was murdered by the intruder, hero's gained the thought that he was also killed in the incident but nothing was officially placed on his record. His usual attire consists of a suit where he hides multiple knives. He is thought to have teamed up with the league due to recent sightings with their members.

Is this all correct?" I said dreading his response. A minute of silence passes before I look up to see him looking away from me. He hadn't responded to me and I couldn't see his face as his green head of curls covered it.

"Y-yes, it is" He eventually managed out as he continued to look away from me.

• Deku's POV •
After hearing the detective read out my past it brought back memories I had thought were forgotten. I looked away as to not meet the eyes of anyone located around me. I could feel the detective's eyes land on my head so I decided to respond.

"Y-yes, it is" I stuttered trying hard not to let my voice crack.

"Alright, now that's over I have a deal for you three." This had caught my attention as I slowly turned back to face to small creature situated in front of me.

"Now since you three have killed a number of people you should be sent to jail. But instead I would like you to take part in a new program here at UA. The program is called 'VRP' short for 'Villain Rehab Programme', although if you wish you can still be sentenced and sent to jail."

We all looked hesitantly at Nezu as if his sentence went unheard. We, some of the most feared villains, were just given an invitation to enter UA High school with aspiring heroes. 'Is this real or am I still asleep?' I pinched myself on my left arm out of view of those around me, and winced as the pain shot through my arm. 'Nope not dreaming'  but if I wasn't dreaming then I was just asked to enter UA High school, even as a villain. UA had been my dream school since childhood but I never got in, due to the fact that some thought me dead when entrance exams were held for those who wished to try.

Although the two around me weren't as joyful as I was. Dabi had banged his head on a nearby table and lent on it whilst Toga just looked speechless and the small white creature. If they weren't going to answer him I would. "We'll take it" I started locking eyes with the white coloured creature. Dabi and Toga glared at me from both sides, but I wasn't fazed by their gazes. I did not want to go to jail anytime soon so.

"I am happy to hear that!" The bear replied jumping of the chair and walking over to the door next to him.

"I shall see you at UA on Monday then!" He said as opening the door. Although before he walked out he turned around to us and continued, saying one more thing, "and I welcome you to UA"
