Chapter 6 - Why?

No-one's POV
The new villains walked into the lunch room gaining several stares from other pupils. It was safe to say they weren't given a warm welcome from the students.

They grabbed their lunch and went to the table in the corner of the cafeteria. As they walked through the crowds of student they gained more and more stares from people nearby.

Deku's POV
I could feel the stares of everyone near us as we walked through the cafeteria. I guess Dabi sensed I was uncomfortable as he stood behind me.

"It's alright, ignore them and pretend they're not there, okay?" He whispered in my ear.

I relaxed a little at Dabi's reassuring words. That's why, not matter what, Dabi was my favourite person. Yeah, he's annoying and granted he gets on my nerves but, don't all best friends do that? (Don't know about you but mine definitely do that!)

We sat down at the table and started eating. The food was alright, it was better then the LOV's food for definite.

~Time skip~

We had finished our food and the bell for lunch was going to go soon, so we started heading to class.

As we started heading down the last hallway to the classroom I heard a slight sound behind me. I turned but saw nothing.

"What are you staring at shortie?" Dabi said walking behind me.

"Okay first, don't call me short" I started turning around to be met with Dabi's face as he was directly behind me, "Hey, have you been playing space invaders recently?"

"No, why?" He asked confusion written over his face.

"Cause you're invading my space scooch" I said motioning for him to walk back a few steps.

I giggle escaped Toga's mouth as she tried not to burst out laughing at my terrible pun. A smirk made its way on to my mouth, whilst Dabi took a few steps back.

"Very funny, now what were you looking at?" He said looking annoyed.

"Oh, right! It's nothing really, I just thought I heard something behind us that's all" I said glancing back to the spot I was previously checking.

"Your just being paranoid, come on let's get to class before we're late" Dabi stated turning back the way we were walking and getting ready to go.

"Hold on you care about class?" Toga said clearly surprised by Dabi's statement.

"Yes Physco, now let's go! That goes for you to Shortie!" Dabi said already half way down the hall.

"Don't call me that!" Both me and Toga shouted getting more fed up with the nicknames he gave us.

We continued our walk back to the classroom continually fighting over each other's nicknames. It ended with Dabi now being called annoyance, Toga being called Vampire and me still being called Shortie. I couldn't get out of it unfortunately.

??? POV

Thank god he didn't see me. That was far to close. If i'm going to keep an eye on them I need to do it better. Dammit, who the hell left a goddamn chocolate wrapper on the floor! I'll just check on them after class, it'll be easier. Their guard will be down because of the hero's being nearby.

I better get to class. Don't want to be late. I'll report back later.

No-one's POV

As the bell for class rang students from all over the school hurried to the classrooms in a panic. The crowds left the lunch room, the hallway roamers started the journey back to class and a sleepy teacher left the teacher lounge.

Yellow sleeping bag in hand he started tracking his way back to his problem children. It was true he didn't like going to his class, the heroes in training were loud and annoying. The always found a way to get under his skin no matter what. But all negatives aside he still, unfortunately, had a job to do.

With that thought in mind he stared at the door in front of him hearing the loud chatter inside coming from his impatient students. Unable to hear what the yelling and laughter was about he opened the door and silenced his students with a simple glare to the loudest and stupidest ones.

The door shut and said teacher walked over to the front of the classroom and began roll call.

As he came to the end of his classes names there were three new names at the bottom. They were added by Nezu yesterday and were to be said last.

"Toga Himiko" He shouted loudly as to reach the young blonde at the back of the classroom.

"I'm here!" She replied only just loud enough for the hero to hear.

He put a small tick next to her name and went on to the next new name he was to read out.

"Dabi" He once again shouted for the pupil to hear. He was confused on why they had used his villain name and not his real name. That was when he remembered they weren't able to get hold of his real name. Nothing was on his record but his stage name.

"Here" The scarred villain yelled back bluntly. It was pretty obvious he wasn't enjoying the stay at the new school. You could tell as much just from the way he acted during lessons.

The teacher once again added a small but noticeable tick next to his name and continued to the last name on his sheet.

"Izuku Midoriya" He yelled loud enough for the whole class to here. He wasn't so sure why he said it so loud it just came out of his mouth like that, he didn't even mean to yell so loud.

"It's Deku." A quick short reply filled the room as the small boy in the back kept his head down, facing the desk underneath him.

"Why Deku?" The teacher replied intrigued on why the greenete wanted to be known by his villain name.

"Because I never want to hear the name Midoriya again" He said bluntly not taking notice of the class who were now turned to face him.

"Okay and i'll ask again, why?"
