"Sorry sorry, my bad, it was a habit."

"Ohh okay okay okay, cool cool cool," Jake rambled.

"Come on, let's get him to talk," Olivia dragged the bartender to a discarded chair while Jake handcuffed his arms behind. She picked up a piece of cloth and tied it around his mouth.

"How do we get him to- NO OLIVIA," she swung her palm harshly against the bartender's cheek as he shot up. Olivia grabbed the bartender by his collar and brought her face close to him.

"Tell us who Rodriguez is right now!" The bartender looked discombobulated but shook his head. She struck his face again,

"TELL US NOW!" The bartender shook his head once more.

"That's it, give me your gun Jake," she motioned him to hand it over.

"Woah woah, slow down there, let me try." Jake walked up in front of him and pulled the gag off.

"Mr Bartender, what's your name, who do you work for."

"You will never get it out of me, I'm no traitor," the bartender hissed.

"Oh come on, you didn't even answer my question!" Jake was exasperated, he pulled the gag back on.

Olivia sighed, "Jake, give me 5 minutes, I'll get him to ID Marvin."

"Are you sure you won't kill him, or worse, escape?"

"The only exit from this back alley leads right to the van Rosa is in."

"You didn't answer my first question."

"Just go, I'll be back in 5," Jake reluctantly left and went back inside the club, blaring music filled his ears again. He hoped Olivia wouldn't kill the bartender, she most likely wouldn't, would she? He looked at the closed door and wondered why Olivia does what she does. Was there something that happened to her?

Rosa's voice filled his in-ear over the music, "Jake, status update."

"We got the bartender, Olivia's outside interrogating him."

"What? You left her alone?"

"Don't worry about it, if she runs she'll bump into you, she knows."

"And if she kills him?"

"Uhhhh, I don't think she would."

"Jake! What are you doing? This is completely off protocol! What's happened to you? " Rosa was right, what happened? Jake thought to himself. He rushed back to the door and just as he placed his hand on the doorknob, Olivia opened it.

"Let's go," she motioned to Jake and started walking to the club's exit.

"Wait what about the bartender?"

"Don't worry, he's not dead. I left him there, someone will pick him up."

"Then how will we be able to ID Rodriguez?" Jake was extremely puzzled as he and Olivia walked out of the club.

"Oh, I know exactly what he looks like."
