Chan's POV

"Sir, you have a meeting with Mr. Yang in 5 minutes" my secretary said

"Yes, thank you" I smiled and watched him leave my room

I finished signing the documents and rest my head. Damn it. I am working for two days without any rest.

"Sir, another paper to sign" my secretary said as he entered the room and put the documents on my table "It's a collaboration with another toy company in US"

"Okay, I'll sign it later. I'll just call you when I'm done"

"Okay, Sir" he smiled and left the room

As I he left the room, I continued signing the papers. Why does it have to be a lot? We're just on collaboration for 1 year, and not forever.

Mom calling...

"Hey, Mom"

[Are you and Eunji will go to your grandma's birthday?]

"Is it today?"

[How come you forgot?]

"Okay, but I'm not sure about Eunji. I'll try to ask my wife"

[Okay, I'll see you two later!]

"Yes, I love you!" I ended the call and sighed "What should I do?"

My Family doesn't know anything about what happened to Eunji and I. But they know that Eunji had a miscarriage. I don't want to tell them that Eunji and I are not together anymore. They will be worried about us.

"Sir, Mr. Yang is already in the conference room" secretary said as he opened the door

"Okay" I stood up and walked to the conference room with my secretary and my employees who will explain everything to Jeongin. I entered the conference room and saw Jeongin staring at me "What?"

"Damn. My head hurts so bad" he said

"Why? Did you drank last night?"

"Yes, Hyunjin came home. We just talked and drank for many hours. We tried contacting you but your phone is turned off" Jeongin

"I was too busy" I sat down as well as my employees and secretary "So, let's start"

My employees started showing us their plan and opened the powerpoint presentation "So, we started sharing different ideas about the collaboration between Yang and Bang company. Since Mr. Bang's toy company is really famous for everyone especially for Kids. And Mr. Yang's mall is also famoud for everyone. We decided to make a good and unexpected plan. Before the official day to open our toy store in Diamond Galaxy Mall, we decided to make a fun program for kids one day before the opening. We will show a mascot of famous toys that Fun Toy Company made..." they continued explaining everything, including the finances and all

They finally finished explaining after an hour and left the conference room leaving me and Jeongin alone.

"Help me"

"Why?" Jeongin asked

"It's my grandma's birthday today. My Mom called me and said grandma is expecting for me and Eunji to be there. What am I supposed to do?"

"That's a big problem but I don't think Eunji will reject to be there. You two may ended your relationship but we know that Eunji will continue to have a good relationship with your Family. Just ask her to be there for the night and I think you also should talk to her" Jeongin

"Damn it. It's hard"

"If you want her back, no matter how hard it is, you have to do everything" Jeongin said and left the conference room

What am I supposed to do? Shit. I went to my office and carried my wallet, phone and car key. I left the company and drove to the nearest flower boutique. I got out of the car and chose a bouquet of roses for Eunji.

"Is this all sir?" he asked

"Yes" I said and paid the roses

I carried the bouquet of roses and got in my car. I drove to the hospital and tried to calm myself. I can't be nervous while asking her to go with me. Just fucking calm, Chan. You'll be fine. She'll go with you. I parked the car as soon as I arrived and dialed her number.

calling Eunji...

[Hello?]

SHE FUCKING ANSWERED.

[Chan? Hello?]

"H-Hey, can we talk?"

[Through call? Sure]

"N-No, I am here at the parking lot. I can go there if you want"

[Nope, I'll just go there]

"Okay, I'll wait" I naturally answered and she ended the call

Calm your nerves, Bang Chan! You can't be nervous!!! She's your wife and you are with her for 6 years! Don't be nervous!!! I held the roses and waited for her to come. After a couple of minutes, someone knocked on the window of my car, I quickly opened the door for her.

"Hi" she greeted, I quickly gave her the roses "For me? Thanks!"

"I-I was just thinking if you are busy today"

"Hmm, I'm not sure yet. I need to assign someone for my work. I will be taking a two or three months break from work. Why?" Eunji

"I-It is grandma's birthday today and Mom said she's expecting us to be there"

"Oh! Yes! I almost forgot. I still have a patient to be checked today. Is it okay if I just go there after my work?" Eunji

"I'll wait for you"

"Really? I might be a little late-" Eunji

"No, it's really okay. I can wait"

"Thanks" she smiled

We both stayed quiet. It's awkward now between us. Why is awkward? We are not new to each other. We've been together for almost 7 years now. Damn. Chan! You should talk!

"I-I was just thinking if we can talk?"

"About what?" Eunji

"About us-"

"Can we talk later? I really need to go. I'll see you later, Chan. Thank you for this" Eunji smiled and quickly got out of the car
