[✅] Ichigo & Kisuke: Forever and Always

Chapter 22

As you run a hand through your hair as random person comes up and begins to heal Ichigo's wounds. You don't find thiss odd but you probably should...

"Thanks Hanataro." Ichigo says lightly as he rests his head in your lap.

"Ichigo, are you now so weak that you need to be healed in the middle of battle? Tsk. Tsk. What a shame and a nuisance." A deep voice rumbles from above you. Three sets of eyes turn towards the sky as a man in white robes descends. Suddenly, a few of Ichigo's people appear. Kisuke, Yourichi, Orihime, Chad, Tatski, Rukia (now all better but a little sore), Byakuya and a few others you don't know. You tense up instantly and hold Ichigo's hand tighter. Ichigo flashes you a glance, letting you know its okay. You loosen up gradually as Ichigo begins to speak.

"I'm fine Aizen... I don't need to be healed to kick your ass." Ichigo shoves Hanataro away from him as he staggers to his feet. Aizen laughs as he watches you watch Ichigo with an unamused look on your face.

"Ichigo." Aizen says slowly, pulling everyone's attenion to him. Aizen gives a smug smile.

"You have such a pretty human girlfriend." Aizen flashes behind you. Out of instict for some reason you turn and kick him square in the chest. Surprisingly, he staggers back a little and this gives Ichigo and Kisuke time to put you behind them to protect you. Aizen brushes the front of his robes off while glaring at you.

"Bitch." He narrows his eyes at you and you simply laugh at him.

"Weakling." Aizen's spiritual pressure rises a notch in anger but you don't notice. Your human though... You should have fallen down right? Kisuke and Ichigo share a curious look as you stand there glaring at Aizen Sosuke.

"Who is this guy?" You scoff silently. Kisuke glances at you. Him and Ichigo share a nod before Kisuke speaks softly.

"That my dear, is the man responsible for your memory loss." Kisuke looks at you with a serious express. You frown because some part of you knows that Kisuke is speaking the truth. Your frown deepens when flashes of the red collar begin to shatters your thoughts. Was your brain trying to make you remember what happened? Curiosity begins to bubble inside of you but you didn't want to be to quick to remember everything... You've heard of normal people going crazy and mental from remembering everything too fast. Then again, you've never considered yourself a normal person... So you may have that on your side.

"Well then, you'll just have to kick his ass for me. Right boys?" You ask with a grin that make Ichigo and Kisuke chuckle a little.

"The lady has spoken... Aizen. Myself and Ichigo challenge you to a dual." Aizen laughs easily at them.

"And what do I get if I win?" Aizen gives a sly grin to Kisuke and Ichigo. Kisuke remains silent and Ichigo growls while takeing a single step forward. You rest a hand on Ichigo's shoulder. He instantly stops and allows himself to take a step back.

"Ichigo, stay calm. You know you can beat this guy. Take your anger. Harness it. Use it. The same goes for you Kisuke." Kisuke hums in response while Ichigo grunts. You go to stand by Orihime and the rest of your friends as everyone allows space for their fight. With a heavy heart you watch as they draw their blades. It was a fight that was inevitable, even if you had nothing to do with it. It was only a matter of time before it all came to an end....
