It was probably the most bizarre situation that Tobias found himself in. 3 years ago he was on Raxus helping Pyrus break away from the Republic. Now he was helping 2 Jedi on what was believed to be a suicide mission, to infiltrate the temple. Kill a bunch of Clones and warn Jedi to stay away. But there was also more that Tobias could get from all of this. Why did Palpatine turn against the Jedi? What was the reason for all this conflict? And what was Palpatine going to do now that the war was practically over. Obi Wan and Yoda wanted to know that too. That's why they were going to Coruscant. To get those answers.
Obi Wan paced around the hallways by the bridge. "I never should've left him." He said out loud.
Tobias sat there quietly. "Left who?" He asked.
"Anakin." Obi Wan answered.
"General Skywalker?" Tobias asked.
"I should've insisted he come with me to Utapau. I could protect him that way." Obi Wan said pacing.
"Anakin is the poster boy of the Republic. Palpatine would face a serious back lash if something bad was to happen to him." Tobias replied.
"Correct, Tobias is. Fine, Anakin will be." Yoda reassured.
"I'd like to get there now just to make sure of it. With everything that's happened. I'd hate to even think of it." Obi Wan replied.
Tobias could see Coruscant in the distance. It felt weird, he had recently been here. But that was to exfiltrate some high value prisoners that for all Tobias knew were being killed. Bail, Obi Wan and Yoda joined him in the bridge.
"We're receiving a message from the Chancellor's office, sir." A Pilot reported.
"Send it through." Organa replied.
The face of the Republic Vice Chancellor Mas Amedda was on. Amedda was on Audio only so he couldn't see Yoda and Obi Wan. "Senator Organa. The Supreme Chancellor requests your presence for a special session of Congress." He reported. Organa kept his composure.
"I will be there." He said. "He'll be expecting you." Amedda replied. The screen turned off.
"It could be a trap." Organa said.
"I don't think so. The Chancellor will not be able to control the thousands of star systems without keeping the senate intact." Obi Wan replied.
Yoda looked intrigued. "If a special session of Congress there is. Easier it will be for us to enter the Temple." He suggested.
Obi Wan looked at Tobias. "Are you with us, son?" He asked. Tobias nodded.
The Tantive IV flew right near the Jedi Temple.
"Why are we stopping here?" Tobias asked.
"It's too dangerous to land near the Senate Building. We'll land you here, and rendezvous later when you're ready." Organa answered.
The side door opened. And Tobias noticed that they were not landing. "Did I mention I'm afraid of heights?" He asked.
"No." Obi Wan answered pushing him out.
Tobias felt himself flying through the air. Obi Wan and Yoda jumped out and were falling faster then Tobias. They landed on one side of the Jedi Temple and caught Tobias with the force. Tobias levitated down gently.
"Not cool guys." Tobias said picking himself up.
Obi Wan smiled a bit. It would be one of the last times he would. They then stared at the temple. If not for the destruction that the Clones made, he would call the Jedi Temple beautiful. Obi Wan and Yoda started moving inside the temple.
