you heard Gou Ji coughing from the kitchen and you looked at her mom, who was just sitting there
you rolled your eyes and went to the kitchen
"Is she okay?"
"i think so."
"My tummy hurts..."
"We'll give you some medicine and you can take a nap, okay?"
she nods
"I can get her changed. Can you clean the dining room please?"
"but-"
"That's your daughter's barf, man."
"Alright..."
you held Gou Ji and took her to her room
"Wait here, okay? I'll get you medicine."
"okay..."
you went to the bathroom but couldn't find the medicine
"Mrs.Jia, um, where would the stomach medicine be?"
"If it's not in the bathroom you can check Hanyu's room."
"okay, thank you."
you walked to his room and opened the door
"hm?"
"AH SORRY!"
you slammed the door. Mingrui was wearing No sHiRt. And holy shit he wasn't the small skinny boy he was in high school.
"FangFang?"
he opened the door
"S-Sorry."
"No, it's fine."
"I just need something from his room..."
you walk in and realize you left some clothes laying around. as in your bra and underwear just sitting on top of your bag. you quickly grab them and stuff them in your bag
"Jia Bao Ge!"
"Yea?"
he came out of the bathroom
"The...uh...um..."
you couldn't get the image of Mingrui out of your head
"Ming-...Medicine!...um...Gou Ji needs the stomach medicine. did you use it when you were hung over?"
"oh yeah. Let me get it."
"alright..."
he walked back in the bathroom and you tried to avoid eye contact with Mingrui
"You okay?"
"Yeah, yeah...sorry about um...walking in on you and stuff..."
he awkwardly laughs
"it's okay...Is Gou Ji Okay?"
"i think so..."
then you heard her coughing
