Riley's P.O.V

It sucks that I can't dance. I know I won't be on the Nationals team for the re-match so I guess I just have to find a job where I sit alot because that's all I can do right now. I just got out of the hospital yesterday and everyone is already worrying about Nationals. Guys, that's why we're having auditions. DUH.
Emily walks into my room and smiles at me. She's up to something..

"Hey, Riles." She says. "How are you doing?"

"Hey, Em" I say, smiling at her. "I'm doing okay, I guess.. But, I feel so bad for not be able to dance with you guys at the Nationals re-match." I sigh. "I guess I just have to find a job where I sit a lot.. Maybe like at a bank or something."

"Riles, You don't have to do that. Kate said that you could work in the office at the studio. She has a couple of jobs that she wants you do to that way, you're still in the studio with us and we can all visit you. Well, the people who get onto the Nationals team."

"I guess that could work... I just hope I'm able to dance again..." I say.

"Me too. Maybe, you can be our alternate. One of our back up people just in case someone leaves or gets hurt. Maybe you'll be healed by then."

"I hope so! I wanted to audition for Female Solo so bad but now I can't. I hope Michelle gets it." I say, smiling. "Unless you audition to get the Female Solo."

"No no. No solo for me. Michelle should get it. Unless Amanda comes onto the team.."

"Urgh. Don't get me started with Amanda." I say. "That girl must have a plan or something in store if she's auditioning to be on our Nationals team. She should just understand that she lost and we'll always beat her and Elite."

"I know. Michelle and I will be watching her very closely if she gets onto the team." Emily looks around my room then frowns. "Why did you take down all the pictures of you and James..?"

"I just wanted too. We're not engaged or dating anymore so what's the point? It's like you and Eldon. You took down all the pictures of you and Eldon when he confused to loving Michelle... James and I will just never be a couple again.."

She nods then stands up. "Well, I'm always here if you need boy advice. I know it seems like I won't give good advice after Eldon but... Trust me. I'll give you some great advice." Then she walks out. That was weird. I have to see if Steph know something about her behavior.

Hey Steph! I just wanted to ask you a question about Em.. She seems... happier than usual... You know what I mean?

I set my phone on my bedside table and wait for her to text back. My phone buzzes.

Hey Riles! Umm.. Well.. I don't know if I should tell you what's going on with her... All I'm going to say is that she got asked out on a date...

OH MY DANCE! No way.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG. NO WAY!! By who?!

This is big for Emily. Ever since Eldon dumped her for Michelle, she's been sad and miserable. But, now that someone asked her on a date... This is big. REAL big.

 She got asked out by West. But, you didn't hear it from me.

Oh My Gosh. I didn't even know West liked my sister.. This is... interesting.

Omg. Thank you, Steph. If I say anything about knowing what you just told me, I'll lie and say that I over heard West asking Em out. She may believe me and she may not. But, thanks again. (: Good luck at auditions tomorrow for the Nationals team..
