Little Things

"Hey Emma I was wondering if you wanted to go out and grab some dinner with me tonight? As friends of course." I smiled at Ashton's kind gesture, "I'd love too." he grinned at me and hugged me, "I'll see you at 6 lovely." I giggled an he kissed my cheek, when he walked out of the door I pulled out my phone and called Lyric.

"hello?"

"Hey Lyric! It's Emma, I was wondering if you wanted to go shopping with me?"

"Oh! Sure I'd love too."

"Alright! I'll pick you up in 20 minutes."

"Alright, bye."

She hung up and I skipped to my room, going to freshen up. I replaced my baggy shirt with a tank top and over the shoulder light purple top. I smiled at my reflection, happy with my major weight loss but thinking I needed more. I went to the bathroom and took my toothbrush, going to the toilet until I heard a knock on the door. "Emma? You in there babe?" I curse under my breath and quickly put toothpaste on my toothbrush. Then I go and open the door, "Yeah babe?" I mumble brushing my teeth, "Oh I just wanted to check up on you, the boys and I are going to the studio for a while so I'll see you in a bit." I nodded and he kissed the top of my head, "I love you Emma." I mumbled a small, "love you too." then he smiled and went out to the living room to the other boys.

I spit out the toothpaste and rinsed my mouth. I rolled my eyes and went out the door, grabbing my purse and skipping out the door. I Jumped into Liam's car and started the car. I pulled out of the drive way and went straight to Lyric's flat. I saw her walk out and she walked over, jumping into the car. "Looking fab!" I chuckle, "You too babe!" she smiled and I pulled out, rolling down the top loving how Liam had a convertible. We turned on the radio and I heard 'Live While We're Young' we looked at each other and started to scream the lyrics, haha scream the lyrics with Lyric. I smiled listening to our boyfriends harmonize with our best friends. It's amazon how we are in a relationship with two of the most famous guys in the world. We were in a friendship with the biggest boy band in the world. Wow.

We pulled into the mall and locked the car, laughing with Lyric. We walked into our favorite store Hot Topic. It was one thing we had in common, I looked around at the make up and Lyric held up a skinny band tee and I nodded, "Yes Niall loves them!" she smiles widely and goes over to pay for it. I bought blue glitter eyeliner and purple glow in the dark nail polish.

We went from store to store trying on the stupidest outfits and I made Lyric buy a pink ripped tutu with stripe leggings and a funny face top. She made me buy a matching polka dot tutu and neon pink ripped leggings and a microphone shirt. We took a pic in the outfits and I put it on twitter, "Out with my home gurl @LovelyLyric be jealous, we rock these tutus(;" getting RTs and mentions almost instantly. I rolled my eyes and slipped my phone in my pocket, I grabbed Lyrics hand and pulled her to the side. "Hey if we go to your tattoo parlor could you pierce my nose?" she covered her mouth and nodded. I smiled widely and we left the mall, walking next door to her tattoo parlor. Luckily it was right next to the mall.

We walked in and her boss smiled at her, "Lyric what are you doing here? You're off!" Lyric nodded and we all went to her studio. "This is my friend Emma, she wanted me to give her an nose piercing so I said I would!" I giggled and he nodded and let us be. I turned on the radio and she pulled out all the necessary essentials.

I laid back and she took a fashionable nose ring and attached it to her machine. She took a utensil and pulled my nose up, the next thing I knew I felt a sharp pain in my nose. I grabbed the arms of the chair and she smiled, "Don't worry it's all done Em." I smiled at the nickname and I looked in the mirror and smiled, "Er Ma Gahd! It's gorgeous! I love it!" I scream and hug her, paying her the money for it she rolls her eyes. "seriously? Girl this is on the house." I thanked her and we headed out to the house deciding to have a small fashion show.

Once we got home I noticed the boys where back and I grew nervous. What is Liam hates my piercing? What if he dumps me? I start to fidget with my hands and Lyric rubs my back, "He will love it don't worry." I nodded and opened the door, "EMMA!" I got attacked my Liam and when he pulled back his eyes went wide. He covered his mouth and couldn't take his eyes of my nose. "Hey babe! You two girls have fun?" Niall asked Lyric and I noticed everyone else was silent looking at Liam and I. Niall looked at me and his mouth fell open, "it's freakin' awesome!!" I heard Zayn yell and he engulfed me in a hug admiring it. I chuckled at him, knowing he'd like it. Liam and Niall snapped out of it and accepted it too with the rest of the boys. I smiled widely, "Lyric did it for me." they all patted her on the back and I giggled.

"You gotta give me one!" Zayn chirped in, "It was sanitary right?" Liam asked and I laughed, "Of course babe! Calm down!" he nodded and Lyric dragged me into my room. "We gotta change boys!" they all nodded and went back to their phones. I got changed for my friendship dinner with Ashton. That's what I called it so it didn't feel weird.

I was wearing a black pencil skirt with a neon pink loose long sleeved shirt that was tucked in. I smiled and dabbed on some make up with Lyric helping a bit. "Listen after tonight why don't you come over tomorrow and stay over? A little girls night?" I nodded my head fast, that's what I needed a girls night even if it was sitting in our pjs and watching chick flicks I needed it. I slipped on some heels and hugged her. "I'll see you later, I bet you'll be here with Niall anyways." I winked at her and smiled, we walked outside and Liam's head shot up. "where are you going like that?" he scoffed and I looked at him a little taken back. "Ashton and I are going out for dinner as friends." He raised an eyebrow, "Why am I just finding out about this?" I rolled my eyes, he was over protective. I mean sure it was cut but it was also annoying. "You don't own me Liam."

"No but I'm your boyfriend." I put my hand on my hip, "And?"

"And that means I don't want you going out throwing yourself at another man!" I got mad, "What?! Are you serious? I'm sorry that I'm going out with my friend for a little bit." he shakes his head. "You're not going anywhere! Get in our room! I'm not letting you go!" "You're not the boss of me!"

"Oh yeah? Well I can do this!" he grabbed my arm and pushed me into the room, I stumbled back and all the boys ran up to us. Niall immediately went to me and Harry and Louis held Liam back. They pressed him against a wall and I stood up, packing a bag quickly. "Emma no, please I'm sorry I didn't mean to hurt you." I shook my head. "If you can't trust me then why should I stay?" I felt tears escaping my eyes.

"Because I love you." he looked me dead in the eye and I could see pain and guilt, I felt all my tears run down my cheeks and Niall hugged me tightly. Lyric took my bag, "Emma will stay with me for as long as she wants." She and Niall walked me out and Niall placed me in the back of his car with Lyric. She held me as I soaked her shirt with my tears, leaving black smudges. We pulled into her driveway and Niall brought my stuff inside, Lyric helped me inside and once I got in I stumbled to the couch and broke into tears.

This would be a long night.
