Chapter 39: Establishment and Meeting

Alexander entered the portal and arrived at his  kingdom. Alexander shifted to the secret room which held the fire of civilization in his palace. Alexander put his hand on the pillar and willed his conquered land in the Harry Potter world to permanently connect with his kingdom. Alexander saw the three continents merging together in his mind to form a single land mass which then connected with his kingdom by a golden bridge. The landmass had not connected in reality but they had now become a part of his kingdom and no one can   take it away even if a single subject of the conquered land is alive. This is a defensive mechanism granted by the universal laws governing the kings when they conquer land which is at a higher level than their kingdom.

This mechanism is good enough only when the opposing force is not willing to kill off all the subjects but Alexander knew that the inhabitants of this plane of existence are not kind enough to spare anyone. Alexander had seen powerful entities destroying entire multiverses in a fit of rage, killing a few trillion people would not even register in their minds. But still, it was a useful defense mechanism.

Now, that the kingdom is connected, the fire of civilization can now grant the subjects the ability to use magic and also knowledge about the world. Alexander limited the knowledge up to the Owls level as he also wanted to conduct exams in order to know in which field his subjects specialize. It is good to be master of one field of knowledge then having incomplete knowledge of many fields. Also, magic was introduced in the kingdom so Alexander planned to have all the buildings in his kingdom to have some defensive wards and to be magically re-enforced. Alexander wanted to put the whole secret chamber under Fidelus with Tobby being the secret keeper as everyone would expect Alexander to be the one. Tobby would always remain in the chamber guarding it.

Alexander was going to change the secret keepers every 2 weeks. Alexander also planned to forbide the use of fidelus charm without his permission in his kingdom. Alexander had a big goal, he wanted to put his whole kingdom under the fidelus charm but the amount of power required would be too much to bear. Alexander thought, " In cultivation worlds, there are formations which can create independent worlds. May be combing these formations and the fidielus charm may result in something extraordinary. But first let's focus on this world."

Alexander also planned to create dark elves from the criminals he had captured from his conquered worlds. These dark elves would have only one purpose which would be  to guard the fire of civilization and fight any invaders of his kingdom. As they were murderers, Alexander had no problem in sacrificing them. Alexander first have to research on how to make the dark elves not attack his subjects. Alexander thought, " May be like the connection the terracotta army has with my subjects, the dark elves can also have this. This matter is not that urgent but I would order the scientists to study this."

Alexander felt his subjects access the fire of civilization and gain the ability to use magic and also the knowledge. Gaining the knowledge doesn't mean that you have completely understood it and mastered it. It would take some time before his subjects would reach the level of a capable owl student. Alexander planned to have conduct both magical, physical, practical and theory tests in order to efficiently determine the level of his subjects. Alexander did not want his subjects to lose their will to improve so he transferred the knowledge about attunement to the fire of civilization and also his message of working hard and not losing hope. Alexander felt the gratitude his people had towards him and smiled. Alexander also copied the laws governing the Magi and forwarded them to the law department of the kingdom in order to study them and formulate their own laws. Alexander also ordered his subjects to only use magic for practicing the knowledge received by them as he did not want any accidents to occur.

Alexander also ordered his subjects to not advance beyond the gaseous stage and gave the construction department order to construct ritual buildings throughout the kingdom so that his subjects could conduct rituals safely. Alexander also planned to conquer the primitive versions of Harry Potter world in order to overcome the shortage of magical plants and animals.
