Chapter 18: Changes

After the assimilation, Alexander decided to restructure the mummy world. Alexander with his original kingdom at the center, combined all the six continents thus forming a giant circular landmass. Now, to have a stable climate and not to waste energy of the land in stabilizing a unbalanced atmosphere, Alexander increased the size of North Pole and South Pole and separated them at an equal distance from the main land.

Alexander also distributed the rivers,  lakes and forests  optimally  across the newly formed landmass. All the rivers were connected to the pool of life so the whole land got some minor benefits like increased fertility of soil, easily growth of plants, etc. Alexander to prevent pollution to reach the cities shifted all the factories and mines on a separate continent to the west of the main continent  which he had raised from the ocean floor. This landmass contained all the resources of the mummy world so Alexander ordered heavy military presence on that continent.  Alexander remembered the concept of green cities from his world so he restructured the cities leaving ample spaces for parks and green walkways.

Alexander raised another continent to the east   which was half the size of the main continent and moved all the wildlife and natural flora  of the mummy world to that continent to allow the nature to live in peace. Alexander planned to have his subjects build their own parks and walkways and plant trees so that they would care for them.  Alexander also planned to move some of the birds and little animals to the mainland after they have sufficient increase in population.

Alexander then moved to the oceans and seas. He left them as they were in the mummy world. Alexander then willed to see the view of his kingdom from above. His kingdom had three continents and all the kingdom was surrounded by water. Alexander willed all the pollution in  air,  water and land out of his kingdom and the world became truly beautiful.

After all this Alexander, Alexander cut his hand and dropped a few drops of blood on the pillar and said, " The conquest is complete." This was the only time that Alexander had to done this. After this,  after the assimilation of a new world, the civilization would itself upgrade itself. The whole kingdom rumbled and and the platform shone. The fire of civilization lit up at the top of the pillar. It was Royal Purple in colour and to Alexander, it was the most beautiful thing in existence.  The platform itself changed. The platform changed to white colour and became more smooth and gave off light which resembled twinkling stars. The light it gave off had a very calming effect. The pillar sprouted 9 deep blue gems on all it's sides.  At the present moment, only two were lit up and giving off bright shine. Alexander deduced that the 9 gems represented the 9 levels of star civilization.

Alexander felt the complete awakening of his bloodline and he gained the basic abilities of the king along with his third special ability. But   first Alexander had to name his kingdom.  Alexander decided to name his Kingdom as " The Fortis Empire " which was derived from the Latin word ' Fortem ' which means brave,
and the word ' Fortis ' means powerful, valiant, brave, strong, sturdy, steadfast. This word represented Alexander's hope for his future and the future of his kingdom. He hoped that he and his people would become the emboidment of this word. Alexander then moved towards the pillar and willed for the basic information of his kingdom to be shown . It was as follows:

KINGDOM : THE FORTIS EMPIRE

LEVEL : STAR LEVEL - 2

TYPE : TECHNO - MYSTIC

Alexander also found that all the information about the conquered world can be assessed from the fire of civilization. Alexander quickly removed any knowledge related to military weapons manufacturing and state secrets of various governments. Only civilian knowledge up to professor level was made available. Knowledge about self defence arts like boxing, karate, judo, etc. and body training  was also made available.  Alexander then called a meeting of all the department heads of all the governments on the next day.

Then, Alexander studied the information given to him after the awakening of his bloodline. Alexander had gained three abilities which were given to all kings.  First was the copy ability which allowed the king to copy anything he wanted from the targeted person but it would require king's might and soul power.

Second ability was the take over. By using this ability a king can take over the body of a native provided that the world is lower leveled than the king's world and the will of the target is weaker.

Third ability was the eyes of the king. This ability allows the king to link the realm gate with his eyes. It would allow the king to use the realm gate from any part of his kingdom. This ability also decreases the cost of using the realm gate and provides a more accurate measurement of the world being viewed. Through this ability, a king can observe a world for extended period of time but it consumes king's might.

Alexander also gained his last special ability.  This ability was called ' Divine Adaptability '. This ability allowed Alexander's body and mind to adapt to anything that is introduced to it and take full advantage of it. Right now, his body was adapting to the elements that he had awakened as the dragon emperor and the immortality gained from the pool of life. His body was undergoing significant changes. His  bones were becoming denser, his flesh and skin were becoming harder, his body was becoming more flexible, his digestive system was becoming stronger allowing him to obtain more nutrients from food and his thought process was becoming faster. The immortality granted by the pool of life also changed, as long as he has a single cell left and has sufficient King's might, he can regenerate. Alexander was truly happy because of this new ability.

Alexander then ordered the terracotta army to guard the platform and to kill anyone who is not a subject when he or she tries to go near the platform. Alexander then ordered Anna and James to help his first subjects in learning whatever they want. Alexander also send information about modern warfare and management and administration to James and Anna respectively. Alexander then moved to the realm gate and started to connect his eyes to the realm gate. This connection required soul power which was quite easy for Alexander to do so. In one hour, Alexander had drawn a representation of his eyes on the realm gate. Then, Alexander willed the connection to turn on. The eyes drawn on the gate shown with king's might and became life like.  Alexander decided to rest for the night.
