Chapter 72: Alexander's Thoughts

10 A.R.R GALACTIC SENATE, CORUSCANT:

The second session of the Galactic Senate of this year was going to start in a few minutes. Alexander was also present in the Senate, sitting among the delegates from Dual, watching and observing everything. Alexander was interested in seeing the manner in which the Galactical government did it's work. Alexander knew that the Senate was corrupt to it's bone but still, he wanted to see the working of the Senate.

Alexander observed the various floating platforms surrounding the central platform on which the Supreme Chancellor sat. There were 1,024 platforms which housed the senators. Alexander watched as the senators whispered among themselves quitely about the new act as this act was spearheaded by nearly all the major powers of the galaxy, nobody dared to oppose the act.

It took Alexander 8 years to reach this stage.  Alexander planned to first conquer the core worlds in order to bring his plan to reality but the Corellian senator Solan Dekero advised him that only controlling the core worlds would not help in achieving the formation of Planetary Trade Organization as the other factions would oppose this. The words of core worlds held sway but they rarely did agreed upon something collectively so, Alexander needed a diverse group of supporters. Moreover, the passing of act must be delayed by a few years as the Senate was quite slow in making laws and had let many problems fester for decades. The speedy enactment of the P.T.O. Act would raise suspicion in the minds of people of the galaxy and the purpose of the organization may even fail.

Alexander then, decided to conquer all the planets on the major hyperlanes passing through Corellia.  Alexander also ordered his Corellian subjects to send their best people to build the factories which would be able to produce the quantum crystalline metal in his kingdom. Alexander had first thought to have the metal and hardening chemical prepared in the star wars world but after thinking deeply about this, he changed his plans. At that time the experts had assured that, it would take them 5 years to build the infrastructure required to utilise the metal at large scale in the projects specified by Alexander.

The building of infrastructure was sped up with the help of magic and the metal was ready to be produced at large scale, after non-stop construction for a period of 18 months. Alexander had transferred the Phrik Deposits of Gromas to the mainland ( Alexander refers his kingdom as mainland) by connecting Gromas and his kingdom and willing the deposits to be transferred there. Alexander had to convert all his magic to KMP to facilitate the transfer. It took 3 conversions to transfer all the metal. Alexander had transferred 1 Million ton of Phrik from Gromas.

Alexander requested, because he was respectful towards the elderly, the Flamel Couple from the Harry Potter World to study the metal and if possible, find a way to magically convert any metal to Phrik. Alexander also, copied all the force alchemy techniques of both the sith and Jedaii and transferred the  parts related to conversion of metals to the old couple. Alexander was highly disappointed when he found that he had no talent in alchemy.  Alexander had the quantum metal, as Alexander found the full name ' quantum crystalline metal '  to be quite big, stockpiled in large quantities. Alexander wanted the work to be finished in phases.

The scientists had found that the quantum metal can be used in anything that can be imagined with the help of magic. The metal was shaped in big blocks, circular pillars, thick beams and buildings were constructed out of it. A simple colour changing spell changed the colour of the crystal permanently. To hold all this together, the metal was fused together, using the ritual invented by the goblins. The goblins had the disease of being snobs and wanted their builidings to look smooth so they invented the ritual. First, the building was constructed with the help of magic and then, the ritual circle was drawn around the building. The ritual was started and all the materials were fused together to form a single entity. It looked quite nice as it seemed as a giant  building made of colourful crystals had grown out of the ground. Alexander had the buildings enchanted with the dulling charm as the light reflecting off the crystals was making his subjects lose their vision momentarily, causing many accidents. The dulling of crystals made the buildings look even more  beautiful.
