"You were ranting and raving so much, you forgot you were supposed to tell me about the movie."

"Okay, let's get back to the movie."
"Picture this, Riele...you're standing on a beach in Brazil or Miami, doesn't matter. You're looking delectable as usual. .. hair blowing in the wind.. wearing the teeny tiniest bikini on earth.. and here I come, on horseback, looking good as always, hair blowing in the wind...our eyes meet... stars explode.. BOOM! Love at first sight!"
Riele was listening to his "presentation'' with slight amusement and growing alarm.
" You're joking, right?"
"Maybe, maybe not.." he teased.
"Okay, so give me the real version.. and leave the Mills & Boon part out.. if you don't mind.
"Spoilsport. Basically it's about this young man who's also a photographer who meets this girl who likes to paint and falls in love with her. Kind of two lost souls finding each other. A coming of age story really.
"Does it have a happy ending? Do they end up together?"
"According to Mack, yes."
"Well good. I'm not going to sit and watch you die in a movie, no way. "
"No, that is your boy Leo's speciality, to die in every movie.."
"He does NOT die in every movie he plays," she retorted.
Jace snorted. "Not in all, but in most of his movies he does. And I should know, you've forced me to sit through most of them with you.. while you bawl your eyes out..and blow your nose on my shirt because of that guy..and I'm tired of it.. No more...from now on you can only watch Jackie Chan movies. I'm putting my foot down."
"Ooh, I love it when you get all dominant like"
"No, I'm serious, Riele... It's time I man up and.."
"Why don't you man up and paint the walls like you promised?, She added silkily, winking at him.
Jace nearly fell out his chair.
Did she actually have the audacity to spring this on him while winking at him?
Maybe she should not watch Jackie Chan. Her ninja skills are out of this world already.
